Habia 2 camas y un solo edredón... pedí otro y me dijeron, al principio, que no podían ayudarme, que no tenían más. Finalmente, tras mucho insistir, me trajeron una manta npara la otra cama

Great service and staff, rooms weren't very well lit and the plugs were different but the staff provided adapter which was great. Decent size room/bathroom for single bed room. Fridge and air con were good too. Breakfast could be improved. Nice view of the park.

Our room was clean and equip with enough toiletries. The hotel itself is quaint and very nice. Walkable to the train station which, make it very convenient whether you want to go downtown Milan or Lake Como. All the staff were friendly and very accommodating. We had a very experience staying in this hotel.

Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé il n'y a pas de parking. Il y a un parking public devant l'hôtel mais complet quand je suis arrivé, un autre parking un peu plus loin, également complet. J'ai dû me garer à plus de 500 m. Vu la photo, on pense l'hôtel assez isolé alors qu'il est en plain centre ville. Hôtel très vieux, mériterait une rénovation, chambre individuelle petite.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The check in process was simple and easy, and the room we stayed in was very nice and comfortable. The two days we stayed we enjoyed their complimentary breakfast and also were able to go to and from the train station within walking distance. Our only issue was the air conditioning system, the room can be a little more cooler as we had to open the window to keep the room cool. Overall it was a great stay and will stay again in the future.

Rent och fräscht hotell. Något långsam hiss och man får vara vaksam när man går i trapporna, för det finns lite extrasteg. Två i mitt ressällskap bad att få byta rum pga röklukt som troligtvis kom utifrån. Hotellet ordnade med de bytena ganska smidigt.

The room was beautiful. It was vlean and everything we needed was provided for. The only qualm was it was noisy. Not the hotel's fault, but couldn't fall asleep until 12 or 1 because there was a festival in the city.

We booked two studio rooms because they had a fridge - Necessary for our baby's milk. However, we received a regular double room... When mentioned, we were told one of the studio was upgraded to an appartment while the other was downgraded - Unacceptable in my opinion. Breakfast was great. Walk to train station easy and in Milan in 25-30 minutes which was practical. Overall, we would stay here again but make sure we call ahead of time to get the room we actually book and pay extra for.

Hotellet kändes rätt fint utvändigt och i receptionen, men rummet var skruttigt. Skruttiga stålsängar och smutsigt i hörn och lister. Duschen var också smutsig längs kanterna. Personalen i frukosten var trevlig och frukosten var helt okej.

Avevo espressamente prenotato una tripla del secondo piano parlando con la signora della reception e pagato in anticipo, mi ero sincerata che fosse proprio quella stanza che avevo visto in fotografia sul sito. Al mio arrivo mi è stata data una tripla piccolissima che non era quella per la quale ci eravamo accordate. Per fortuna il receptionist notturno è stato gentilissimo e ci ha messi in una stanza molto bella di categoria superiore. Uno dei disagi di questo albergo è l’assenza di parcheggio, bisogna pagare un parcheggio esterno.
