Nice hotel, great location. Breakfast was good. Rum is comfortable with plenty of space.

Location in the center of this wonderful and underrated southern Bohemian gem. Onsight secure parking in the garage. Probably th ebest choice in town. Reasonable priced. Restuarant is OK. Property generally well maintained but will be needing some updating. Again a good value for the price

Probably the best hotel in town and well located. Still, not very good by international standards for a four star hotel.

Clean and quite place. In the center. Easy transportation to everywhere.

Staff is rude and nasty. All had interaction with three people and all were unpleasant. Otherwise the hotel is located in a nice location is clean and reasonably priced.

Nice hotel, at centre

Located in a the heart on the lovely south Bohemian city stone throw from everything you would love to see in this gem of a city. Easy to traverse on foot AND parking is under the building so no trouble with parking! Would highly recommend.

Nice hotel with good room. On the market square and close to chateau. No view from window which was disappointing as pictures show it facing the market square but all rooms are in rear of building and look out on an inner courtyard. No kettle or complimentary bottled water so have to buy all drinks. Car parking on square was fine. Good breakfast in dining room with view over square. Wouldn't want to stay longer as no cosy ambience.

lovely place

We found this to be a rather dreary hotel. The small lobby and staircase was nice but the room was pretty dingy. Staff was very cold and unwelcoming. Turning on a light in the bathroom caused a blackout in the entire room. The desk clerk seemed quite put out at having to address the problem and change the fuse. Breakfast was poor with stale bread.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location, though rooms do not look over the square. Great to sit outside with a beer and watch the world. Breakfast though a disappointment - same tired offering every morning. It would have been nice to have been able to order something different.

The room was adequate, however it had a strong unpleasant disinfectant smell. The internet connection did not work in the room as promised. Also, there was no air conditioning and in summer, this is essential for a comfortable stay. The hotel is listed as four star, but based on our extensive travels throughout the Czech Republic, I would say it was a three star only. It was significantly overpriced for the room and services we received.

Wunderschöne Umgebung. Sehr entspannte Atmosphere. Nette schnelle Bedienung. Gutes Frühstück. Es war leider nur eine Nacht, aber es lohnt sich länger zu bleiben.

Sehr schönes Hotel in der historischen Altstadt. Freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer.

Das Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig, die Zimmer relativ schmutzig (Käfer in Bett und Fussboden!), das personal ist freundlich, der Ort wunderschön.

Good location facing the local market square. The hotel is quite run down and the room (single) I stayed in very outdated. TV connection was almost non existent and the mounting of the screen made it impossible to watch from the bed. The hallway on third floor was dark - after kindly asking the receptionist every fourth bulb was lit. Breakfast buffet was not a four star hotel worthy. The bar downstairs is quite nice.

Samotný hotel hodnotíme positivně. Relativně čisto a příjemně, využili jsme biliárd. Ocenili bychom na pokoji varnou konvici. Kamenem úrazu je hotelová restaurace - průměrné jídlo, podprůměrný personál.

Rooms with a lot of comfort and very clean. Very good restaurant with local spices. The total service in this hotel was great!
