櫃檯小姐態度平淡，對於飯店的設施少說明。房間光源很暗，空間可，浴室俱備L型的按摩浴缸，因我們使用三溫暖，所以未使用按摩浴缸。飯店的烤箱勉強可容納4個人，有點小，蒸氣室也只能容納兩個人，有其他人在使用時，很不方便！她有一個中等大小的室內游泳池，Wifi使用起來還算流暢。熱水壺需要的話可向櫃檯索取，有陽台面對山景

Beautiful view from our room, This is a dated hotel, in a very beautiful spot. Has a nice pool, no hot tub, Sauna available upon request with 1 hour reservation. In our room it was a slight challenge to get in and out of the large tub to shower. Not ideal but it worked. Large windows and door that opened to a small deck.

Excellent staff; great restaurant with wonderful food. Missed having a shower; but it had a jacuzzi!

Sehr entgegenkommendes Personal, Kandersteg-Gästekarte wurde sofort angeboten. Kleines aber gemütliches Zimmer unter dem Dach mit Balkon.

Lage ist super, v.a. zum Langlaufen da nahe der Loipen. Habe EZ gebucht, gute Zimmergrösse, schöner Ausblick auf die Berge. Der Aufenthalt insgesamt war gut und würde wohl auch wieder kommen. Aber hat Verbesserungspotenzial. (-) Innenpool mit 30 Grad einfach zu kalt. (-) Sauna pro Stunde 20.-?! (-) kleines Frühstücksbuffet für 19.- überteuert. (-) Zimmer sehr hellhörig + Abendessen war gut + Sauberes Hotel

Right in the middle of Kandersteg with a nice restaurant and pool facilities

Had a good stay here, the hotel is nice and the staff friendly, however needs a bit of upgrading. A couple of things in the room were not up to standard (plug socket not working, no kettle). Also breakfast is extra (20 CHF I think) I know it is becoming common for hotels to charge for breakfast, but it should be included.

The staff were friendly and the accommodations were great. We would recommend it aa hope to stay there again our selves.

Das Haus ist von Aussen sehr einladend , innen leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen insbesondere die Zimmer. Das Restaurant ist schön und das Essen ist sehr gut

The property was easy to get to from the train station. Is was very charming and the staff was very friendly.

Beautiful mountain view from the balcony. Wifi kindaaa sucks but other then that its a great hotel!

Very nice hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Love the convenience of the grocery store as well as the proximity to the cable car to Oeschinensee. Very nice restaurant on site. They also have fantastic jacuzzi tubs that rotate to the outside for an indoor-outdoor hot tub experience. Our room had a round bed!
