The staff was very friendly; she recommended some local restaurants, which was very helpful. The location is good, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. A very minor thing: the kettle was quite heavy, and I would have preferred a lighter kettle instead. Otherwise, a wonderful stay.

The room is comfortable and clean also it is at good location, all attraction and restaurant within walking distance. But just don’t go out the street at 6am, I left hotel at 6am to the airport, when I went out it is so early so there is no one at the street and still dark, there is a strange looking man like in ghost movie Vincent Schiavelli character, so creepy, he also got something long at his hand, he is wearing all black suit. After I left hotel I was sure there is no one at the street and I turn right and then I found out I should go left so I turn left, after I turn left this man is right behind me it was so close, he didn’t look at me and he just look at the front, and trying cover something at his right hand, the street is so long after few mins when I turn around to check up him, he was turning around to look at me too.

Perfecta ubicación, una estancia muy agradable.

Wir haben eine Nacht hier verbracht und hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt, und der Empfang an der Rezeption war besonders freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, sodass viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar sind. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es nachts ruhig und man konnte sehr gut schlafen. Insgesamt ein schöner kurzer Aufenthalt.

Hotel lindo!! Equipe super atenciosa

Céntrico y muy bien ubicado. Calle peatonal con lo cual es bastante silencioso por las noches. El personal muy amable y atento. Si necesitas un taxi, ellos se encargan hasta de co Probar si han venido a recogerte a la esquina. No es la primera vez que voy, y si vuelvo a Sevilla, repetire.

Muy buena ubicación, parte céntrica con muchos restaurantes, personal, amable y habitación limpia, mi único inconveniente es la cama no descansé muy bien.

The room was clean. The only issue we experienced was with the toilet, as the flush worked, but in the morning the tank was not refilling with water.

NO PUDE CANCELAR ME COMUNIQUE MANDE MENSAJES Y NUNCA ME ATENDIERON PERDI LA RESERVACION YA QUE ERA IMPOSIBLE LLEGAR A SEVILLA Y EN LUGAR DE SER EMPATICOS Y ENTENDER QUE LA SITUACION FUE LO QUE ME IMPIDIO LLEGAR NO HICIERON NADA,ENTIENDO QUE NO HABIA REEMBOLSO PERO ESTE CASO EN SEVILLA POR LAS LLUVIAS NO SE PODIA LLEGAR Y AL HOTEL NO LE IMPORTO DAR ATENCION. FUE UNA SITUACION EXTREMA EN LA CIUDAD Y EN ESTOS CASOS DEBERIAN ENTENDER QUE NO PUDE LLEGAR PORQUE NO HABIA FORMA. OJALA PUEDAN REEMBOLSAR, AL SER UNA SITUACION EXTREMA POR LOS TEMPORALES Y LA FALTA DE TRANSPORTE

Excelente ubicación centrica con todo los que puedes hacer en la zona, las habitaciones super amplias me encanto el detalle del te y cafe , los balconcitos estaban divinos la señorita del lobby super amable

Loistava sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa. Idyllinen pieni hotelli.

A good location that was close to the Seville Cathedral and Alcázar. Quiet and on a street that does not allow vehicles. Friendly staff. There is a laundromat around the corner.

Room was spacious, clean, quiet & comfortable. Staff were excellent especially Clara who was very helpful with suggestiins, directions, etc. the hotel is welcoming, bright & quaint with plants everywhere & plenty of light.
