洗碗碟機壞，沒有暖氣，雖然回應電郵頗快但沒有什麼實際行動！但整體來說環境仍然可以，以此價格尚可考慮！接待處距離真正住宿地方不算近，為旅客帶來有點不便

旅館位在老城精華區，舒適又大。但是在四樓，沒有電梯，樓又高，腳力不行的人要考慮。布拉格太美，值得細細品味。

The room is excellent and clean, but it would be better if the staff tell us earlier that our apartment is not at the same address as the reception! It's tiring to take large luggage a to walk on Prague streets.

Although the check-in place looked a bit doggy, the actual apartment was amazing! It was very spacious and well-decore, takes only 5 mins walk to the center of old town plaza, which is all the food and fun located. Has a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with a big tub. Although there was only 3 of us, the apartment we got can easily contain at least 10ppl, lucky us :D we had a great time there thanks to the old town apartment :)

Good Location

Jeg havde 5 dejlige nætter i lejligheden. Var afsted med 2 børn på 8 og 12 så det var perfekt at bo så centralt. Lejligheden var pæn og ren og der var god plads til os alle. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage til Prag og ville igen vælge denne lejlighed

location is in the center of town. good because it is so close to all tourist spots. bad because it is noisy in the pubs at night. we are tiered, so we can get to sleep evenso. note that the hotel requires deposit before you get your keycode. we got fined a portion for passing by the hallway with sundaecone. (rules are posted on the hallway)

Väldigt fin lägenhet mitt på stan. Rekommenderas verkligen enkelt att ta sig in och ut med kod inga nycklar behövs.

We stayed for two nights at Old Town Square Apartments and had a great experience overall. The apartment was very large, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for a short city break. There was plenty of room to relax, and it felt more like a home than a hotel. The location is truly unbeatable — just a short walk from the iconic Charles Bridge and right in the heart of the Old Town. If you want to be close to the main sights, shops, and restaurants, it doesn’t get more central than this. One thing to keep in mind: because of the central location, it can be a bit noisy at night, especially if you're a light sleeper. Also, parking is not directly at the building — we had to leave the car in a secure parking garage about 1 km away, which wasn’t a big issue for us, but good to know in advance. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Old Town Square Apartments to anyone who wants to experience the very center of Prague with plenty of space and comfort.

Görselde olduğu gibi temiz ve konforlu bir apart daireydi. Resepsiyon çok yardımcı oldu.

Det var inte rent på golvet och kyl och frys var inte rent dåligt lukt kunde man känna redan man kommer in i rummet. Mina barn tyckte inte generellt men det ända vi blev glad att läget var centralt och nära till allt.

The elevator was not working, for us it was to cold we had to request the heater to be turn on. The TV did not work. We also had to call request for the TV to be fixed.

Shower over bath could be a problem for older people Good location Nice and clean Could have done with instructions on how to use television preferably in English Glad there was elevator in the building

This is a bait and switch. The pictures are great but the flat was nothing like the pictures. I rented a 2 bedroom. To them it meant a two bed room. There were no bedrooms, just two beds in the living room. The wooden floors were so warped I got a two inch splinter in my foot and had to wear shoes inside thereafter. To top it all off, while not far, the flat they assigned me to, which they would not reveal until the day of check-in, was not even technically IN Old Town. Then they charge me $40 for a ride from the airport when Bolt cost only $20 on departure. This place is crooked and should be avoided.

Super Lage

Die umgebung ist wahnsinnig laut. Man hört die Leute auf der Strasse ( in der nacht brüllend), den Boiler stündlich, das Treppenhaus ist total hellhörig. An schlaf nicht zu denken. Die Küche war aus den 80er. Nicht die Wohnung, wie sie abgebildet war. Auch nicht Masna 20 sondern Templova 7. Unten drunter ein minimarkt der bis 2 am geöffnet hat.... dementsprechend laut

I would give this a 0 star rating if I could! THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM! The apartment is completely different from the descriptions. None of the photos in the apartment were shown on the website, even the address was different. Their customer service attitude was awful, with 0 communication, and they refused to reply to my complaint about the photos not matching the description. Apparently many other guests encountered this as well! The lift was broken and the apartment was on the fifth floor- the top of the building. We had to carry 23kg luggages, with an elderly and 3 children. This is absolutely outrages. Honestly avoid this property at all costs!!! Don't fall for their descirptions/ photos because they're not even the same! I would never have booked this property for the expensive price if I knew this would be the condition. We were woken up by the sounds of trams every single morning at 6am and could not sleep until 3am because the noise insulation was terrible. We only knew the location was differnet when we explicitly whatsapped them and asked how come the location seemed different on the welcome email and Expedia website. The fire safety system was insufficient and we were, honestly, very lucky to leave the apartment alive.
