This hotel is quite small, and I didn’t see any elevator to reach the second floor, which could be inconvenient for travelers with knee injuries. The room was relatively clean, but the soundproofing was not great. I noticed an empty earplug box on the bedside table—likely left by a previous guest—that the housekeeping staff hadn’t removed. That also suggests it can get pretty noisy at night. Breakfast included bacon or ham, omelets, and a waffle maker to make your own waffles, along with some fruit and yogurt, which was decent. However, the breakfast area itself is extremely small, with only two or three tables. In the end, everyone took their food back to their rooms. Since there weren’t enough chairs, we ended up eating on the floor. The price isn’t exactly cheap, but considering its convenient location, it’s still acceptable overall.

Walking distance to the heart of Hollywood and a large grocery shop right next to the hotel. Free parking, wi-fi, and breakfast. Considering the traffics, it took around 15min drive to Universal Studio. In general, other than the mediocre noise isolation, everything else was great for my family.

The shower curtain rod fell and hit my wife's head as she tried to close it. Then I go to take a shower before our flight and it was only cold water coming out. I let it run for almost 15 minutes and still no hot water or warm water. The front desk said leave it for 10 minutes tonwarm up.I had to shower in really cold water because I had to go straight to the airport. It ruined my day jist as I started it. It sucked.

The hotel is very well located and close to walk of fame in Hollywood. Breakfast is amazing and more than you expect for a continental one. Juani and Claudia are just adorable!! Hotel is very clean, the pool is clean and with comfortable ambience. They could do better with a small cafeteria x nights, early check in as 3pm is just NOT FAIR!

The property had no security and had homeless people sleeping all around there parking lot which made it feel very unsafe walking to your vehicle or let alone having your kids go down with out you.

Walking distance to Chinese theater. Stayed Friday and Saturday. Friday was a little noisy outside, Saturday was much quieter. Hotel was great stay with a great location to everything I needed. Staff was great too. Nice hot breakfast. I had waffles and sausage one day, waffles and bacon the next.

You get what you pay for. The free breakfast and parking was great. However, our sheets were dirty on multiple occasions. The first day they were changed they were replaced with sheets that had melted wax and dirt on them. On another day our sheets had an old sucker stick stuck to the inside of them. The night stand in between the beds had some suspicious looking brown liquid oozing out underneath it. I mean the building is located in the heart of Hollywood, so we weren’t surprised with the quality of things.

Hotel bem localizado, com limpeza a desejar. Um par de tênis Nike em uso desapareceu no quarto. Ninguém sabia explicar. As funcionárias da limpeza negavam ter visto os tênis. Na saída ante a reclamação formal que estava sendo realizada, subitamente os tênis reapareceram. Estavam na lavanderia (SIC)

Buena ubicación, solo el tema del estacionamiento es un poco problematico, de ahi en fuera todo bien.!

30minutes to Hollywood street. It was really nice for my trip. Excellent time around the hotel.
