酒店本身是没有问题的，位置好，景观无敌（我们定了最高套房房型）。但是Hotels.com系统出现问题，我们定了Half Board早晚餐，酒店却只能提供BB，邮件往返很多次，我们预定的是可以免费取消的，却在预定后就被收了全款（比直接预定不能取消的价格贵了很多），电话多次Hotels.com都不给解决问题，还提出让我们先去酒店消费回来后找他们报销这样话。退房时被迫直接跟酒店交涉，前台和协助接送的司机都非常nice，他们提供了很好的服务，现金退回了我们的差价。当中还有插曲，我们5大1小入住，有一个加床和一个宝宝床，半夜加床坏了，这部分费用酒店也免了。早餐非常一般，到9点半基本就没啥可吃的了，但景色很好，Nice去普罗旺斯途中停留一晚很合适。

The property was absolutely fantastic, perched on a hill in a charming village with a top-notch dining experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was divine. If you're unsure how to get there, I recommend contacting the hotel in advance, and they will help guide you to the property. I would definitely visit again.

If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful stay in a historic beautifully maintained Chateau/Hotel in a ravishing hilltop setting, this is your place! Everyone kind and interested in your comfort and well-being. We look forward to visiting again next summer!

Unique stay!

Charming. The staff were quite courteous especially the hotel part. However it appeared to us that almost every member is new, given its nature of being a seasonal accommodation? Overall, the information for the guests was not well organized, the management should work it out. Given being in a castle/town, parking is very complicated. Also, instead of the availability of calling a private car service should be immediately presented to the guests at check-in, in stead of a simple sign next to the bar counter. Overall, a nice spot for stationery vacations. I would not mind coming back though. Do book « Fleur de Sel » 2 mins by foot.

We just started off our honeymoon with a stay at Chateau La Cagnard, and it was 100% the right decision! The property is romantic, quiet, and gorgeous. Although it’s tucked away, it’s just a short walk from a town square with patio restaurants at the top of the hill, as well as the main city below. We walked everywhere, used the pool, sunbathed on the deck, and ate at the restaurant several times! The staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to make our trip special: they organized beautiful local flowers for our room, and we even got upgraded to a junior suite with a stunning view of the ocean. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at the Chateau! Our room was so clean and comfortable. The property is beautiful and the dinner was absolutely delicious! The staff were all so friendly and helpful.

This hotel is at the top of a hill in a medieval village. It is absolutely stunning. Visitors should note that you may have to walk a bit to get there, and there are a lot of stairs in the hotel. The staff are extremely kind and accommodating. For example, after our airline switched our flight to a very early one, the staff arranged a taxi to pick us up at 4:00 a.m. for the trip to the airport. There is also a restaurant on site with delicious food and amazing views.

Beautiful space and charming neighborhood! just the location is on a steep hill that has limited accessibility by car/uber. Staff was wonderful and helpful! The restaurant inside the hotel was amazing too. Loved my stay

This place is a hidden jewel!!!! The view of Nice was breath-taking. The room was very spacious, from a European perspective. The staff was outstanding -- helpful, friendly, professional. The on-site restaurant is wonderful. I had the duck confit the one night I was there, and the meat fell off the bone but was not dryly overcooked. Breakfast is also a great experience. The hotel can be hard to find at first, because it is nestled in an old neighborhood high on the hill, with tiny curvy (left, right, up, down). This setting is part of its charm. My taxi dropped me about 50 meters away from the hotel, so I had to find it on my own. My phone data connection was spotty, there so I couldn't tell where I was with more than 10 meter precision. Several times, the local residents offered assistance about which way to go -- very friendly neighborhood. When I left to go to the airport, the hotel staff carried my luggage, and I found out that the normal drop and pickup point is only a short distance from the hotel, and in a straight-line path, so my initial drop was just an inexperienced taxi driver. I will definitely stay there next time I come to Nice, but next time I will stay for more than one night.

Très bel établissement avec beaucoup de cachet. Personnel très accueillant. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Seule faiblesse, le restaurant et le service. Steak frites à 45€ c'est beaucoup trop cher et marges sur vin entre 400 et 500% trop élevées. Une carte de cafétéria convenant peut être à une clientele internationale mais insuffisante pour ce type d'établissement. Terrasse très agréable et soin des détails.
