Staff nice, room smaller than expected. Not much around need to take the metro. Would not stay there again, too far from everything.

Muy gentiles, habitación adecuada, muy cerca al metro en un barrio con farmacias, restaurantes, cafeterías y todos los servicios. Muy recomendado.

Très bon emplacement, le personnel est très sympathique, la chambre était très calme et confortable.

Tillmötesgående personal. Sängarna var inte bekväma, mycket smala. Tunga täcken och stela kuddar. Hotellet var mycket trångt och det finns inga naturliga ytor att bara slå sig ner en stund. Medelmåttig frukost. små förpackningar och inplastade portionsbitar av ost. Lite kallskuret och bara vitt bröd.

Personalen var super! Läget var utmärkt för att förflytta sig till olika delar av Paris.

We had a lovely stay at Le Fabe. The staff was very helpful with recommendations and very friendly which was nice for our two week stay. Everything was clean, the coffee was good, and the location was perfect for our family. Very close to the Metro and surrounded by eclectic restaurants and great boulangeries and cafes. I would make this my home base again!

Tout d’abord, question surclassement c’est à revoir. La chambre proposée sentait la différence peinture. Elle était froide et rien ne marchait : coffre et tel. On nous a transféré dans une chambre en étage. Un peu mieux mais un glaçon. Heureusement le personnel est accueillant et aimable.

Ayant été surclassé à l’arrivée dans une chambre froide et sentant la peinture. Rien ne marchait : télé et coffre. Nous avons donc pu changer de chambre. Un peu mieux mais il y faisait froid. Personnels sont accueillants et toujours présents.

Il est scandaleux de proposer cette chambre au même tarif que les autres. La chambre n5 se situe en rez de chaussée et la porte donne à 2m de la réception ( aucune intimité, bruit des autres clients la nuit comme le matin, bruit des poubelles juste devant la fenêtre ). Énormes moisissures dans la douche (pas que sur les joints) visiblement par nettoyée comme il faudrait. Plus d’eau chaude à 8h30 !!!

Super Hotel avec un super accueil

Adrian at reception desk is Fantastic. Well versed and very cordial, he would be an asset to any hotel. The rest of the reception desk crew is quite nice and helpful . There are areas of the hotel that need attention, the trim and paint need looking at. The breakfast for 12 Euros is lacking, we have stayed at other hotels in Paris that have full breakfasts from the same price. The air-conditioning died while we were there, sleep at night was difficult due to having the window open, the street noise was disturbing.

Very helpful staff at this conveniently located property near tons of great eating options. Nice rooms with a breakfast option.

Breakfast was not appealing. The area has many bakeries and cafes, however. The hotel allowed us to keep bags there for free when we arrived early and when we returned, they were already in our room, which was a nice touch. The shower wasn’t very warm and the room was rather cramped.

Adrian at the Reception Desk was THE BEST! He helped us with metro cards, he gave us the best advice for our Seine cruise, and he had the sauna reserved & heated for me as scheduled when we got back that night - just an overall delight!

Accueil tres sympathique et professionnel. On m'annonce etre surclassé, ce qui ne m'arrive jamais. J'ai fianlement une chambre a proximite immediate de l'accueil et de ses bruits et au niveau du feu rouge et de ces dégagements par des conducteurs toujours presses. La chambre est bien décorée, joli ensemble, belle salle de bain immense. Dommage pour les odeurs des conduits qui remontent.
