Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Ce lieu est propice au calme et au repos. Le personnel est très agréable, professionnel et disponible.

Ha sido una experiencia increíble. Por poner una pega la almohada muy blanda y el precio que cobran por las mascotas es un poco excesivo.

Petite sortie fin de semaine pour changer d’air et nous avons découvert ce bel hôtel en retrait du village d Torrealla de Montfrin au charme d’un ancien moulin et très très calme Personnel très discret mais à l’écoute Petit déjeuner de qualité et copieux Cet hôtel possède une très belle piscine et son site espace détente avec de bons et confortables transat Nous n’avons pas eu le temps d’essayer le coin spa jacuzzi Pas loin de l’Estartit station balnéaire de Méditerranée avec ses îles mèdes à visiter en bateau Hôtel à recommander !

Uniquely decorated hotel in a nice and peaceful area, in the middle of a lot of fruit growing.

Overall, it was really good. There were a couple of issues with customer service and the information provided. There wasn't any mention during booking that you'd have to pay extra for the spa, and there was no water available in the spa either. Additionally, the room service menu stated that the burger came with salad and fries, but it only came with fries, and the burger itself was just bread and meat... These might seem like minor details, but they were quite frustrating, to be honest. On the second day, the receptionist didn't understand us well in either English or Spanish. However, the receptionist on the first day was excellent.
