收拾房間時，未能完全清潔，有待改善

Comfortable room. When we checked in, need to pay AUD50 deposit using credit card and I think wont charge unless if the mini bar have used. But they have charged my credit card AUD50 and then refunded on the other day, its occurs the exchange rate difference between AUD and HKD, we need to compensate around AUD2 for exchange rate.

Perfect location along the water front for taking lovely long walks.

Room was very comfortable and accessible. Everything was clean. Food for breakfast was fabulous. Staff were extremely helpful, polite and very pleasant.

Good location, helpful staff and large clean room

Unbelievably disappointed, everything looked fine, staff were friendly until we got to the room and opened the curtains to be met with a wall, no outlook whatsoever, the hotel totally misrepresented this room. Only coming from Perth for a weekend away there is no way I would have booked if there was any indication that we would be stuck in an isolated box! I am referring this to trading standards as I am so angry. Staff would not change our room, stating they were full, even though bookings still appeared available online!! Do not stay in room 205!!

Clean but extremely basic considering the room is pitched 4/5 stars. Instant coffee no coffee machines. Average towels , very little in the way of amenities to be fair
