Staffs are all friendly and helpful, make me feel comfortable while staying there. Nothing fancy but everything marking you feel at ease.

The location is convenient with few minutes walk to the old town. The staff is very helpful and responds to our request promptly.

I came to Basel alone for a conference. The staffs are very nice and friendly. When I arrived at hotel, they offered me water and fruit right away. And I had to mention that the location of this hotel is perfect. there are many tram stations just walked about 3 mins. It's quiet at night and the breakfast is also great!

Værelserne i Art-afdelingen er meget basic og ikke så prangende som på billederne. Hotellet er gammelt men nyistandsat med ret billige løsninger. Lidt rodet indtjekning hvor jeg først fik et værelse som ikke var rengjort.

Loved the location of the hotel - very convenient. Room was very colorful - one of the art rooms. Would mention that it was on the third floor so a lot of steps and no elevator. We were fine with it but a question that should be asked if mobility issues. Wonderful restaurants (we went to one) and bar area with outside seating. Were helpful with getting a cab and leaving luggage. Would recommend.

Nice property and location. Just so you know - no air conditioning.

Great place to stay! Close to old town Basel for shopping, restaurants and sights. We pre booked breakfast for one morning and it was excellent. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning so room was very warm… didn’t think we would get a heat wave in May. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Superb breakfast, with excellent, custom-made cooked eggs on offer. The choice of breads was also terrific.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y cuenta con estacionamiento muy cerca de la propiedad, en los ciertos “art” no hay elevadores, pero el personal del hotel te ayuda con el equipaje, en frente del hotel tienen un hotel hermano que si tiene elevador y es más moderno, el restaurante muy bien

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Check-In sehr speditiv und die Fragen wurden kompetent beantwortet. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und speziell eingerichtet (Künstlerin kommt mir gerade nicht mehr in den Sinn). Grosses Frühstücksbuffet und es bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral zur Altstadt bzw. durch die Hintertür raus und schon ist man in der Altstadt (Spalenberg). Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen und war ja auch nicht das erste Mal dort.

The hotel was within walking distance of most of the major attractions and restaurants. The staff were very friendly, helpful and overall amazing. We loved our stay and would recommend any one looking for accommodation in Basel to consider this hotel.
