Staffs are all friendly and helpful, make me feel comfortable while staying there. Nothing fancy but everything marking you feel at ease.

The location is convenient with few minutes walk to the old town. The staff is very helpful and responds to our request promptly.

地理位置卓越，距离主要老城景点步行10分钟左右。酒店门口街道闹中取静。酒店内有两家餐厅，均很有特色。入住的是顶楼阁楼房，宽敞，北欧设计很舒适。

I came to Basel alone for a conference. The staffs are very nice and friendly. When I arrived at hotel, they offered me water and fruit right away. And I had to mention that the location of this hotel is perfect. there are many tram stations just walked about 3 mins. It's quiet at night and the breakfast is also great!

Very clean but small room however it was noisy from within the hotel at night. Breakfast staff particularly pleasant. Have stayed at the Teufelhof many times but this was the first time we were aware of noise

A beautiful hotel in an excellent location - Tram stop right out the front and just a few stops away from the center of Town. The staff were extremely helpful and the room was well serviced each day!

The room was very clean but housekeeping did not remember to replace wash clothes or refill used coffee bar items. Breakfast is expensive but very good. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were so nice and the hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location.

Great big shower. We stayed in the new building across the street. Loved having a coffee shop in the lobby of the new building.

Gerne wieder. Die Junior-Suite wird alle 2-3 Jahre von einem neuen Künstler umgestylt. War ein super Aufenthalt, Nähe zum Zentrum und Herbstmesse ist super.

위치는 좋았으나, 엘리베이터가 없어 불편함. 엘리베이터가 없다는 사실이 사전에 고지되지 않았고 주차장도 이용 가능하다고 하였으나 주차공간이 없어 외부주차장을 이용해야함. 외부주차장에 대한 할인 혜택도 없었습니다
