Worst decision made to book this property, very unhygienic with lots of cockroaches, staff were rude. Wi-Fi not working

Type of hotel & condition charges are high & facility can be say zero. specially Reception not good at all, Alcohol rates are more then 5 star hotel as well food. Room service also not upto the mark. Staff is supportive except reception, Break fast not good.

Room were better than expected, we enjoyed our stay. Food in the cafeteria was nice and economical.

The operating personnel are not trained to behave as required in the hospitality industry. None of them know how to even answer a phone call. Courtesy is something that does not even concern them. The General Manager of the property is the leader of the pack. He speaks to guests as if he is a jailor and the guests are inmates who are condemned prisoners. Overall it was not a good experience and I would not like to stay here again

Good hotel for budget stay. Hotel staffs were really cooperative.
