I stayed at this hotel from 4 days. Very good and safe location, close to Metro and I can walk to Arc de Triomphe (around 15min). Service great, but it will be better if the room have a refrigerator.

Hotel and staff were great. The area is peaceful and very nice, away from all the tourist sites but only a 15 minute uber ride. Tons of walkable restaurants and shops. Only negative, the rooms are traditional Europe and very small. Regardless highly recommend

Nice clean area, easily accessible by public transport. No wi-fi in room at all. Interior and electrical fittings need upgrades.

Property is nice and clean and well maintained. However rooms are tiny. Twin beds were not really twin! And rooms are a bit dark if you need to work. Also access to public transport a bit inconvenient.

No Air conditioning on the room. The hotel has air conditioning in the lobby, hallways and elevator but not the rooms. Breakfast was just ok - nothing special. Staff was superb.

What a wonderful experience! The concierge was so very helpful and assisted us with taxis and directions. The area was very safe and clean. Close to a yummy bakery, grocery store, and many delicious restaurants.

Beautiful hotel, not as close to the main attractions but the metro is amazingly intuitive so dont let that stop you. The service is wonderful, probably the best part of our stay was meeting the people at frontdesk, I strongly recommend satying in Neuilly Park, the bedroom is just perfect and the bed is super comfy after a busy day in the city.
