很棒的地理位置，酒店不是太好找，登记后来换了一家酒店。

這家飯店，櫃台服務人員態度極差，google map找到不飯店地址，在威尼斯花了一個小時找路才找到，check in小姐態度冷漠，wifi訊號超級弱，一直斷線，整理下來很不值得推薦的飯店。

Very bad stay in the hotel. Location is nice but the service is extremely bad!!!!! The receptionist slow service.. dog Breakfast is poor, only few options and is the worst in all my Europe traveling...

The hotel is clean and tidy. Room is a little bit small. But in overall it's a good value for money considering the price of hotels in Venice.

Ponto forte a localização. Se vc vier com malas vai ser fácil por não precisar cruzar pontes e nem subir escadas. Hotel antigo e apertado como toda a cidade. Vale por uma ou duas noites

The room was dark and dusty. Creepy actually. Very old looking. The beds were uncomfortable.

Notre séjour dans votre hôtel étaient très bien. Nous voulions un hôtel typique Vénitien, nous l'avons eu 👍. Le petit déjeuner possible sur la terrasse est un atout de charme. Nous avons également mangé à votre restaurant, je recommande les pâtes crevettes pistaches, mélange subtil délicieux.

Staff were lovely and went over and above for us when I got stuck in the lift with my two sons because of a power outage. They made me feel safe and calm.

Quarto limpo… só não gostei do atendimento que é realizado pelo hotel parceiro após a 20 horas. Atendente do hotel parceiro sem qualquer paciência e educação.

I liked and didn't like the location. It was a bit off the main paths which I liked the quiteness and I prefer off the beaten path, but it was hard to find. My google maps sent me down a couple dead ends. Nice simple breakfast every morning included but some fruit would be nice to add to it. Staff were all very friendly. Comfortable bed, good shower.

Hotel agréable qui donne sur une place typiquement vénitienne. Personnel accueillant Chambre très correcte, bonne literie mais on entend les portes des autres chambres claquées... et au 3me étage sur une rue quelque peu bruyante. Petit déjeuner simple mais correct également, plus de "fait maison" aurait été apprécié.

Aamupalalla oli meheviä kroisantteja, sijainti oli loistava. Huone oli hienon näköinen, mutta haisi homeelle.

Veldig sentralt. Rolig. Rent.

A lovely old hotel with very friendly staff, cleanrooms and a great breakfast.

No soundproofing, so on our second night we could hear the guest below snoring and talking as if he was in our room.
