Great room and hotel!

Wonderful stay!

It was cool

Debra at the front desk was great. Friendly and professional and very accommodating to my last-minute request to extend my stay.

I was discriminated against and accused of smoking. I was charged a smoking fee even though there was no evidence.

Easy access, room felt spacious and clean, bathroom felt large as well

No iron in room and the ironing board was too small

We liked the property but when we checked out, i was really surprised by the cost. I never spend that much for a one night stay when we're on the road. But i couldn't find my original reservation to see if the total was correct. I may have made a mistake when i reserved the room because i we just needed a basic room for one night and there are many cheaper options. There was nothing I could do but pay and leave. Once we're back home, ill try and find the information.

They were so friendly almost unheard of anymore. The staff was great

I booked and paid through Expedia but the hotel charged $131 on my card. They deny the charges but my bank statement clearly shows the transaction as complete. ...having to dispute the charges now...smh!

Stay was nice and comfortable.

One ice machine on the first floor (my room 3rd). No ice bucket in the room. No hand soap in the bathroom. No type of breakfast yet your surrounding comps offer some type breakfast. It’s 2024 customer shouldn’t have to settle and I for one will not. Bad experience and will not stay here again.

The customer service was awesome!!!

We were not pleased with the hotel stay. First, we got a room with a roll in shower and the shower head part did not work at all. Second, the dishwasher did not work as well. We were upset because my uncle, who is handicapped had a hard time using the shower. The shower should be checked to make sure it is working. We were only there for one night so we addressed it to the front desk staff when we checked out. It was upsetting.

Since you asked....The aesthetics and staff were nice. After waiting for room 45 minutes after check in Time it slowed me down to get to an event on time. Then no addtional towels (wash clothes or hand towels or body towel). We had just one towel. No body wash in the shower which I didn't find out until I was in the shower. I wish I knew bc I had already came down for towels. The shower floor and doors wasn't cleaned either. I be would stay again, but would expect a better do over.

We stayed one night while traveling. Great location and place was nice for the price.
