property was OK for what we needed. The beds were not that great. I could hardly walk the next morning.

Good area when traveling with easy access

Staff at the property is very kind and welcoming. The rooms are clean but could use a deep clean as some spaces need a little extra attention in the rooms.

Hallways were hot and not air conditioned on a very hot day; had to turn room AC down to 60 to get the room cool, and it took two hours to do so; entire property smelled like a veterinary clinic; worst experience I’ve had at a Best Western Plus

The workers were amazing. The cook was so kind and helpful and amazing.

Only stayed one night but was very satisfied

Given the only room by the elevator. I'm tired of it happening. I have hearing aids and here the elevator. Morning breakfast at first looked okay, till I saw the male cook in a dirty tank top. I won't say any more.

The check in was very easy and the front desk clerk was very friendly. The room was very clean and fully stocked with the essentials.

The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable, clean and up-to-date.Very quiet and I slept well. I would stay here again.

Bathroom floor dirty (hair all over), stained towels, cabinet door wouldn’t close, soap dispenser empty in lobby bathroom, empty yogurt machine at breakfast…

Spacious, quiet room with made-to-order omelet station available at breakfast. However, the hallways appeared to lack air-conditioning, which made moving around the hotel somewhat uncomfortable during a weekend when the weather system in the area had caused the humidity to increase substantially.

The room was clean. It was a little more difficult to get to the hotel from the freeway. Not much around the hotel but other hotels. The breakfast was terrible. Dried out eggs. Small dining area.

Nice property, clean, greastaff. Unfortunately fire alarm on our floor went off early morning and it didn’t seem like front desk knew when we called them. Seemed to be only the floor we were on. Couldn’t really hear much but a small buzz from the hallway if you opened the door. Was a bright flashing light that woke us up. Must have been a malfunction.
