The staff was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. The location was great.

Roof top pool, bagels for breakfast, and workable kitchen in the room. Everything needed for a great trip! Short walk to great food, music, and shopping.

Certain people couldn't or wouldn't communicate in english . Besides that it was excellent

Great quality room

Very clean everywhere, comfortable bed, breakfast was good and such a huge selection considering its a continental type, staff are friendly, 5-star property! The only con was the hotel parking was full, and we parked just opposite the building. And it is safe and cheap, too

Great location, parking may be tricky if you have a large size vehicle. Property and room was very clean. Big breakfast area to accomodate large crowds. Pool is fun for kids. The only issue I had is the AC did not work the first day and whenever it was plugged in the fuse went off. I was informed this was due to change in the season. I believe it was a one off. Overall great place to stay.

The parking situation was annoying. The rest was good.

Property is old but it’s in a good location . Wish they had vending machines on site for food .

Great Location to stay to explore Montreal!!

Great location

The hotel was clean, came with dishes, pot and pans and dish washing liquid. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was included and had great choices! The only issue was the parking lot. It was very small and tight spaces.

What a great hotel! We had a wonderful stay! Our family of five had plenty of room in the suite with two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room The kitchen is fully stocked. The hotel is within walking distance of everything you want in downtown Montreal, and the metro is very close as well. Breakfast was excellent with hard-boiled eggs, deli meats, cheeses, assorted breads, fresh fruits, yogurts, instant oatmeal, cold cereal, coffee, tea and juice and there was plenty of food throughout the breakfast time. Our three teenagers had plenty to eat.

Pool is nice.

Our staybwas very nice. Breakfast was very good. Parking was the issue, we had to park across the street in the Target parking lot.

great location and kitchen except there are inly small 2 elevators which takes forever and you have to carry your luggages because there is stairs at the entrance.

Nothing fancy about this hotel, but its clean, close to Bell Centre, there is a pool, good simple bk, nicest staff and the price can't be beat. Will definitely be back 😀
