I am very disappointed with my recent stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Milton Keynes. Upon arrival, I found the room to be in an unacceptable state of cleanliness. I took photographs as evidence and raised my concerns with the hotel staff.
Following this, the manager contacted me by telephone and advised that a refund for my stay would be processed. However, despite this assurance, I have not received any further communication or confirmation, nor has the refund been issued. This lack of follow-up has been extremely disappointing.
I am due to return to Milton Keynes later this month and, although the hotel’s location would have been convenient, I will not be staying at this property again due to this experience.
