The decor was unbelievable, Victorian

Although the property is old, but it has this unique retro like vibes. The food is good. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed. The staff is overwhelmingly nice.

فندق جيد محافظ على نظافته ، افضل الموجود بالطائف ، هادي جداً بوفيه الافطار ممتاز ومتنوع ، توفر مواقف سيارات مظلله وغير مظلله بنفس الموقع ، موقع سهل على نفس طريق الرياض مكه ، الاثاث والديكور كلاسيكي ، بانيو الدش بالحمام مرتفع وخطر عند الخروج . هالفندق لو يتجدد بالكامل راح ينافس اوائل الفنادق بالغربيه ( لو يتجدد ) ، ماجربت النت ، تقديم عصير مانجو عند تسجيل الدخول ولكن بدون ترحيب وسلامه .

الغرف كانت واسعة ونظيفة والأسرة مريحة. التكييف ممتاز. بصفة عامة الفندق ممتاز ونظيف رغم أنه بناء قديم. ايضاً، يبعد ربع ساعة عن المقيات.

The hotel is nice and comfortable with all the services you need on a business trip. The Wi-Fi is good and the staff are all very polite and helpful.

Nice hotel with good location. Staff were nice in front disk specially Mr Abdlaziz Altoyrki who was very helpful and understanding which made my stay very pleasant.

Very well-preserved classic/vintage hotel. Please don’t refurbish it to to the tasteless modern decor. Very comfy and homey. Rooms are spacious (we had 2 connecting rooms). I had some issues that need to be enhanced: central/reception don’t pick up calls at many times, the army of mosquitos in the outdoor cafe, TV needs an upgrade, and my A/C was stuck on one very cold temperature (informed them about it but nothing happened).

Best hotel in Taif . although it is but far from the city center . Old hotel but very well maintained.

The hotel is a very depressing and there is no coffee or food places.

Really friendly and the service is great. The beds are huge and very comfortable but the plumbing in some of the rooms is a little dodgy.
