好新淨，設備好齊全，住得好舒服，可惜安排了三樓看不到美景，對面有新樓興建早上7時被嘈音弄醒了。 Reception服務員很友善。

Beautifully appointed appartment with glorious coastal, river and hinterland views, across the road from surf club-beach. Roomy secure car parking spaces . Good lift service

Absolutely loved our stay at De Villa apartments. Felt very homely and well worth the little extra for the ocean view room. Stunning view, straight across the road from the beach, fantastic facilities (pool, hottub, outdoor bbq/kitchen/dining area, and fully equipped kitchen in the apartment. Ticked all my boxes. Nice quiet spot. Easy access to beach and pub and cafe across the road. Our room was outdated but wouldn't stop us from booking again. Had everything we needed

The Apartment was spacious with good views. Kitchen had everything I required. The Master bedroom was modern with a massive walk in robe. Only down side was some where and tear here and there, in particular with some of the blinds.

NIce quiet location , staff lovely . Older apartments but right across road from Southport SLSC. Enjoyed our stay

Lovely views and good location. Apartment was a little dated and could do with updates including a larger TV. Check in staff were pleasant and the pool area was lovely.

It was a spacious apartment and the views were incredible. It was also very dated, original brown wood veneer kitchen and bathrooms from the 70’s. My sister had the same in her apartment too, so don’t be fooled by lots of the modern glossy white furniture photos as you may not get that in reality. Single glazed windows so it is somewhat noisy if you don’t like the sound of wind. Lovely amenities, very nice pool and bbq area with changing rooms with steam room. Friendly staff.

Property is very close to main beach. It was well maintained and we felt very comfortable. Parking is available. All grocery and shops are 8 mins drive from the appartment.

I loved the view of the ocean. Storage space is massive. Cleanliness very wel maitained. Dryer was not working. Lounge room air con not working.

Huge 3 bedroom apartment with excellent views of the beach and marina. Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds.

False advertising, you showed ocean views for a 1 bedroom superior apartment and when I arrived they don’t prioritise booking sights . I got 2nd floor car park views . Not happy with that but the apartment and location were good

Spacious and super comfortable unit with amazing views! And a coffee shop 800m away that opens at 5.30am! Will stay here again!
