Good price. Good location within walking distance to city center and beach. Only drawback is the shower being too hot.

Crazily expensive hotel £230 for what it is, esp for a solo traveller & no breakfast included. It was not conference season. On a noisy main road which meant closing the window on a warm night, though a fan was provided. My room was small & the bathroom tiny. Mirror was rusty & there was no valance on the shabby bed base. Basically comfortable if rather garish decor. But staff v welcoming & accommodating, nice garden, close to beaches etc.

10-15 mins to the beach or town centre depending on your age.Quiet locatiotn.Option of breakfast which is good value.Fan in room which saved our lives this week.Superking bed was appreciated.Family run hotel so nothing was too much trouble and very friendly.Spotlessley clean and ample parking.Would recommend

This was my second stay at this hotel. Very nice hotel, staff very friendly, free parking, lovely garden area, very clean and spacious rooms. Didn't have the breakfast because I had to be out early. This has to be one of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed in, really calm atmosphere from staff and guests. I'm booked again for July for two nights and would highly recommend.

Easy check-in room was well decorated and tidy husband thought the shower was a little small. Staff were pleasant when we saw them. Would stay again.

The rooms are very clean, beds very comfortable and stuff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel in an excellent location . The hotel himself are very small and perfect for everyone that wants to have the best time in Bournemouth.There is an outside sitting area too. Definitely will be back and will recommend it to my family and friends.
