員工非常親切，服務好。自己不小心撞傷頸脖，主動上前問候，並提議到附近醫院檢查，更安排免費專車接送，無微不致。

環境設備住宿服務一流，但如果兒童遊戲設施可以多一些和大一些就perfect!

房間寛大，環境舒適，服務員態度良好，房內泳池水清明亮，只是房間收拾得略有不足。

It's a lovely resort that allows all of us to totally relax and recharge. The 3 bedroom suite is spacious, clean and beatifully decorated. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. The restaurant- SILK serves high standard buffet breakfast, both Thai and western food for lunch and dinner. The gym also offers different yoga, pilates, muaythai classes everyday. But there are not enough sockets in the bedrooms for charging our phones and cameras. Also, the wifi in the room is not very strong. Overall, it's a lovely resort I hope to come back.

Professional service and pay attention to details. The Silk restaurant is good but still could be improved. Nearby Kamala small town has everything u need!

酒店设施非常好，舒适体贴。入住时还有一点点小惊喜，预定时没有要求为孩子另外安排床铺，但是入住时发现一张小床已然铺好，儿童拖鞋和浴衣也准备好了。儿子非常喜欢自己的小床，我们住得也安心。 一点点不足是就餐有些单一。餐厅很好，但是餐食类型就少了一些。 期待未来再次入住，延续暖心体验。

优点：一家不错的酒店，服务人员比较Nice友好，酒店设施也维护的不错，酒店的环境和布局都不错，早饭时间还有酒店的经理会来和大家打招呼，听大家对酒店的感觉和意见建议，有一次在我们回别墅的路上遇到我们，还先送我们回别墅，再去办其他事。酒店附近吃饭的地方也比较多，建议沿海边的路走有很久吃饭和massage的地方，沿酒店门前的路一直往Main Road走，就可以走到主路上的一家Big C超市，里面海鲜，蔬菜，肉类都有，吃不惯泰餐的可以买来自己烹饪。 缺点：价格有一点小贵，但是如果有幸遇到免费升级还是不错的，另外酒店中国人几乎没有，所以早餐是完全西式的，有些人会吃不惯，希望以后会增加一些中式餐饮。

The hotel, location and staff are all amazing. The rooms were stunning, spacious and clean. The staff were generous and attentive and would go above and beyond. The hotel provided a shuttle service to Kamala and both Phuket and Patong were short taxi rides. We have been around the world and stayed in many hotels but this hotel was one of the best. We will definitely be coming back.
