房間很大,酒店好美,有很大浴缸,各方面都很好 酒店內有各種不同設施,游泳池,健身室,酒吧,餐廳,放映室

酒店感觉很舒适整洁，距离议会大厦步行十分钟就能到达；停车需要另外收费，房间WIFI不理想，晚上总是连不上，房间里信号也不佳；厨房虽小，设施齐全，还有洗衣机，适合一家人度假

整体感觉很好，我住的是2房，空間很大，只是第一晚時差的關係，第2天中午2:30才出外，卻發現門外放了便條說3:00pm後没有清㓗房間服务，所以我即時打去前台要求清潔。但最后回來發覺卻没有清理房间！有点失望

酒店位置在市中心，离内港和维多利亚省议会大楼步行10分钟左右，周围很安静，提供厨房及炊具，床很舒适，停车场就在楼下负一层，唯一不满意的是房间内的洗手间无门不方便，在旺季入住价格偏高。

Very clean and comfort hotel. Worth to stay there for your vacation. They provide every kitchen tools for you cooking at room. 2 bathrooms in different style is quite suitable the family stay. The location is just near to downtown, you can take a walk around there so easily. Anyway, I love this hotel so much! I think I will choose again for my next visit to Victoria, Canada.

We enjoyed our stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, the location is ideal for easy downtown access. The hotel room had a balcony access and fully equipped kitchen (we enjoyed using the teapot) including washing machine. The mattress was very comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the Koi fish pond in the lobby of the hotel where we stopped numerous times. We plan to use the complimentary bikes during our next stay.

Top of the line accommodation. High quality, beautiful layout of our suite. Wonderful bed, let us check in early and upgraded us to a suite. The pool and hot tub were luxurious. Absolutely a 5 Star experience, we didn’t want to leave!

Beautiful hotel in downtown, all major attractions are walkable distance, big rooms with all amenities. Very humble and helpful staff. Recommended.

Very clean, modern hotel. It was a pleasure to walk through the lobby every day and see the plants and the koi, and the at work. My family is looking forward to staying here again.
