房間很大,酒店好美,有很大浴缸,各方面都很好 酒店內有各種不同設施,游泳池,健身室,酒吧,餐廳,放映室

酒店感觉很舒适整洁，距离议会大厦步行十分钟就能到达；停车需要另外收费，房间WIFI不理想，晚上总是连不上，房间里信号也不佳；厨房虽小，设施齐全，还有洗衣机，适合一家人度假

整体感觉很好，我住的是2房，空間很大，只是第一晚時差的關係，第2天中午2:30才出外，卻發現門外放了便條說3:00pm後没有清㓗房間服务，所以我即時打去前台要求清潔。但最后回來發覺卻没有清理房间！有点失望

酒店位置在市中心，离内港和维多利亚省议会大楼步行10分钟左右，周围很安静，提供厨房及炊具，床很舒适，停车场就在楼下负一层，唯一不满意的是房间内的洗手间无门不方便，在旺季入住价格偏高。

Very clean and comfort hotel. Worth to stay there for your vacation. They provide every kitchen tools for you cooking at room. 2 bathrooms in different style is quite suitable the family stay. The location is just near to downtown, you can take a walk around there so easily. Anyway, I love this hotel so much! I think I will choose again for my next visit to Victoria, Canada.

Best pool I’ve ever stayed at!

Enjoyed the facility but the street noise was loud. I understand options for quieter rooms are available.

Everything was spectacular

Rooms were great and service was excellent however there is an issue with silverfish that both rooms had. Our friends in a different room saw large silverfish in the bed linens and bathroom, and our room had them throughout the kitchen and bathroom (due to a hole in the tile) which made us feel very uneasy throughout our stay. Both our rooms washer/dryer combo unit was not great and regardless of how long it ran for it’d still remain wet. Apart from that the staff were attentive and helpful, and the property and view itself was beautiful.

Staff is very helpfull and hotel is everything it promised to be.

They take care of their guests, and the rooms are big and great for families of 4 or more. Great kitchens to cook in

It is a clean, modern hotel with nice gym and swiming pool.

We were put into a room for disabled people despite being able bodied and not having requested this. There was only one nightstand, access to the bed was poor. There was only a small wardrobe and no chest of drawers or extra chair. In the bathroom the showerhead was low rsu,ting jn my husband to hit his head. There was nowhere to hang your coats. We requested at least a second night stand to place phone and waterglass on. That request repeatedly was jgnored. Requests to change rooms were ignored as well. Staff were friendly, but could have been more helpful and accommodating. I have stayed at this property three times before this visit. And always been happy. This really was very poor and I am seriously thinking of not returning to this property.
