Is ok

Fo those visiting German town, the hotel's location is excellent. Restaurant options are good. My room had dirty and stained carpet and sofa. There pieces of food on the floor. I share my pictures showing the problem, and requested to vacuum. It waa not done! I stayed 3 nights. I would not recommend this hotel. This properly does not meet HDI Express hotel standards.

Room was very comfortable and clean. I loved the coffee service in the lobby! I did not utilize the laundry or breakfast service

Breakfast was great. Hiwever, when I made the reservation online I was told yhe orice and that it included all fees and taxrs. It did NOT. It is very dishonest. Way more than expected.

The room was nice. They seem to forget about things such as coffee pods, extra TP, etc. They do check to see if you need sheet changes but then don’t replenish everything. Other than that, the rooms are nice and quiet. Very walkable neighborhood.

Comfortable, basic hotel.

The staff were all friendly and helpful.The reception area and the breakfast area and my room were all cleaned to a very high standard.

Clean, quiet, stay w very soft and comfortable bedding and pillows. Breakfast items had dwindled and were not refilled by the time we went to the breakfast area (9 am) so some choices were slim or empty. Extremely close/easy walking access to German Village, Book Loft, and Cento. Not a super great area but it borders on one and this property is definitely trying. Would stay again!

Small hotel in a safe ,quiet and walkable neighborhood .

Nice hotel near downtown. Not fancy but clean.

The room was very spacious and clean. The parking space was available for extra fee in a parking lot nearby. The breakfast food was unremarkable.

They charged my card twice and the carpet in rooms were dirty

Room wasn’t cleaned. Bathroom was nasty I had to complain in order for them to clean. Had toys in there from previous people floor wasn’t swept. Paid for parking and had to park a block away

Convienent location!

Good location but hotel is rundown.

Staff was very polite. There are a lot of dining options in the immediate area and it is close to the metro park.

There were two full beer bottles on an a/c unit in the hall right outside my door.

Friendly comfortable and very friendly

This hotel was very clean and our room was very spacious. They had a really nice breakfast selection in the morning. And the pool was nice. It does mention that they have laundry, but we asked and she said there is no laundry. Also, they only clean the rooms every other day which we were unaware of. Walkable to the German village, which had a lot of beautiful homes and some restaurants and pastry shops and a really nice bookstore. I would stay here again.
