我訂了3晚高級雙人房, 第一晚入住感覺不太良好, 因為花灑時冷時熱, 房間比較細, 歷日我便要求換房,前台亦坦白話有好幾個客人都有此問題,幸好都有房換,還比前一晚的大, 雖然花灑還是改變不大, 但空間大了便算

房間乾淨整潔、地點極佳（搭BUS C3終點站下車後，對面就是旅館）；早餐體驗十分舒適。

The location in the Saint Paul area of the historic old town in Lyon was terrific. We had a room on the 6th floor and from our small balcony you had a wonderful view of the old town and the Basilica Notre-Dame de Fouviere. The reception staff were helpful and spoke good English too. The only negative we found was the shower over the bath and no anti slip mat in the bath - as we are both retired we thought people with mobility issues would have much trouble using this shower. In fact even though we are fit we found the bath and shower quite slippery.

Très mauvaise literie, petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur de ce qu’il est annoncé. Le matin attente importante pour l’ascenseur…..

El hotel está bien ubicado, la habitación era amplia pero no me gustó el baño de salía el agua cuando te bañas. Muy sencillo para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas.

La chambre est spacieuse et propre , le personnel de la réception sympa . Le personnel de la restauration au petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur au niveau du service .

Petit Déjeuner excellent, Solutions de parking à proximité, accueil et service au top tout au long du séjour.

Chambre propre, très bon accueil. Par contre l’isolation sonore est à revoir, nous avions l’impressions d’être dans la rue au moment de la fermeture des bars dans la nuit.

Maalesef yaşadığım en kötü otel deneyimiydi odamdan gözlüğüm çalındı 400 euro değerinde gucci gözlüğüm gün ve saat aralığı söylememe rağmen kameralara erişim yok dendi sürekli bir bahane sunuldu ve benim tatilim bitti otelden ayrıldım gözlüğüm yok !! Otelde çalışanlar çok kaba ve olayın üstünü kapatmak için ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Sanki böyle bir sey yaşanmamıs gibi davrandılar yardımcı olmadılar resmen hırsızı korudular. Hırsızlık yapanı koruyanda hırsızdır. İsteseler durumu kolaylıkla çözebilirlerdi ama çözmediler. Eğer tatile gideyim esyalarım çalınsın diyorsanız gidin kalın bu otelde!!! Asla önermiyorum asla berbat bir otel ayrıca tuvaletleride iğrenç kokuyor

Very conveniet location next to a ton of bars and restaurants and walkable distance in Old Lyon to all the sight seeing. Don't understand why the 4 star rating however. Room was depressing at best.
