Fine for overnight stay. Decent hotel

Our stay was excellent.

I didn't like that the debit machine was not working. Had to run around Northbay on a Sunday trying to find a bank to pay the $250 security deposit.

The staff is amazing and the hotel is very clean.

2 bottles of water were in the room for 3 of us to enjoy for 2 days.. people in north bay evidently don’t get thirsty often. It’s a small thing but sticks as an irritant. We overlooked the cobwebs on the ceiling. The pool is a good temperature, and I only go to hotels with pools.But in general, I really like this hotel and return each time I visit north bay.

Location is great and lots of shopping and food in the area. The building needs a lot of work and they are improving it but one elevator was down, the pool was not working and the lights in the bathroom were flickering when we first went in. However the price and location more than made up for all of that and the breakfast was great! Fluffy scrambled eggs, two waffle makers that were fast and really good!

We feel this is the best hotel we have stayed in in a long while. The bathroom was very well supplied with shower gel, shampoo,body lotion etc in large pump bottles that made them easy to use. The breakfast was also very good with many different choices and plenty of supplies. There are many different choices for dinner etc within easy walking distance ( we are both over 80 so are not able to walk very far) so you don’t have to move your car. We would definitely recommend this hotel
