Management has room for improvement. The hotel and room looks good. But the microwave inside the room is not working. The coffee maker was not in good condition that we had to bring it to the front desk, then it was fixed by violence.

room was right off the lobby and was noisy in the early am. additionally, room next door came home at 3am and was very loud talker

Convenient location but housekeeping is in need of help and management.

We were traveling from South Carolina to Rochester and found this place. It was easy off and on. The place was very comfortable. Gas station was next door. That was a big plus. The breakfast was ok. In general, we have no complain.

This was a nice stay......I informed the staff of an abandoned vehicle they ignored me and or acted like they didn't care. It was an eyesore

Check in was fine, but bedroom carpet and bathroom were very dirty.

Check in was fast and easy. Brought my dog and it all worked out fine. Clean. Comfy bed. Would definitely stay again.

we came to town for a family reunion in Carlisle. Which was 20 mins away. prices were higher because of the Car convention but the best reviews for our budget. We checked in around 8 pm we had 4 rooms. Initially they gave us rooms on different floors when we asked to be put on the same floor they were able to accomodate us immediately. The pool was open until 10 pm which was great because it gave the kids a chance to hang out before bed. all of our windows faced the pool. It was so great for the wash machine and dryer near my room I was able to wash the kids swim wear and beach towels. I was able to wash items for 7 kids at once. They had detergent at the front check for a small fee. washer was $2 and the dryer was &1.50 with no time limit for the dryer. the only downside was they didn't have change at the front desk and the machines only took quarters. luckily I had enough. Breakfast was decent. We were able to extend our check out time to 3 pm for $35 a room. the kids were able to get some more swimming done before we left. Check out was easy. I would definitely recommend this place.

the stay was great, we had to leave 1 day early due to a family illness at home. The clerk said that she couldn't reimburse us for the night because it was a third party booking and suggested that I contact you to see if anything could be done to help us out with this

The property was nice however the people i. Tge room next to me were liud with a crying baby. It was an ajoining room. They constantly tried to open that door. I slept about 2 jours.
