In general, I had a pleasant stay here. The room is nice and clean, and the staffs are great and friendly. The breakfast options are good, although very limited. I think my only complaint is the elevator. The elevator is old and only reach to 8th floor, while my room is on the 9th floor. While I stayed here, the elevator in tower C where my room is located is broken and I have to take Tower D elevator and cross the bridge everytime I want to go to my room.

We had a good stay here, holy week of 2022. Their customer service is superb. While the place is a bit old, it was well clean and well maintained. The beds were comfy and they granted my request for extra pillows. We booked the 2 bedroom unit via app. It was the cheapest rate compared to other online travel agents at that time. The rooms are spacious and well lit. It can accommodate a max of 4 adults and 2 children, as confirmed by their front desk. The room has a kitchen which we liked very much. The hotel restaurant was closed during the holy week and only served breakfast to guests who included breakfast in their booking. Wish they had a rice cooker though. We didn't ask, but maybe they can lend you one upon request. The pool was small but clean. You have to book the pool before swimming from crowd control. The same goes for the gym. But both can be accessed for free. Somerset Olympia looks good for long stays. Will I book with them again? Oh yes, definitely.:).

The room we booked (2-bedroom Deluxe) was spacious, comfy and clean. I appreciate the hotel so much for it 's a pet-friendly hotel wherein we are able to bring our pet. Thank you for your service. Will definitely book here again.

Looked exactly like the pictures, spacious, and clean. Complete amenities. Staff were excellent and very attentive. Look forward to staying here again!

The room was big, the services was awesome. There was a day when my dad wants to have a good quality tv because the tv in his master bedroom was an old one, the hotel staff replace the TV with new one at that moment!! It was awesome! And the staff was very nice and friendly. I brought my dog and they were nice to my dog as well :D

Nice room, large bed, toiletries smells so nice. Walking distance to Malls. You will feel safe due to police around the area even if you walk late at night.

Check in was quick. Room condition was excellent and clean. Only the shower was a bit low pressured. The location of the hotel is excellent in Makati and very close to Glorietta and Landmark shopping centre. The hotel staff were very friendly and courteous and service was excellent. Breakfast was not a buffet but ala carte and not many choices. Overall I would rate this hotel as good and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Had a wonderful stay here, everything was on point! From the room to the staff, I never had a problem. Check in and out was a breeze, getting assistance was easy and the security team were courteous and really looked out for my well-being. The only issue I have is the breakfast, it's okay but I think they can do better! Would definitely stay here again.
