The hotel was fine, but the air conditioner was hot. And my partner wanted to change in the room and then head out to the airport. But apparently there is an extra charge for her to even enter the room. Extra 150 TL just to enter the room, even though she isn't staying over. Just to use the room to open her suitcase and change.

Hotel bintang 4 tapi resepsionisnya bintang 5, early check-in ,sarapan gratis sembari menunggu kamar ready, hotelnya unik, kamarnya mewah, dan dekat ke semua tempat wisata( saya dalam sehari 3x bolak balik ke komp hagai sophia ,seperti jalan ke kios saja jauhnya;) oya hotelnya sarapannya di lantai -2 dgn pemandangan seperti difoto.... Makan di dalam museum.

Overall 5 stars service all around, staff are very helpful, they gave us a complimentary breakfast on the first day we checked in. The room was so clean and it kept us very warm during the cold season. Thank you to all the staff at acra hotel. Highly recommended
