Staff was very accommodating, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Stayed a week and it felt like home! Large pool, and gym. Which were clean and very usuable. There was a horse track across the street, but it was not loud and it did not dictract me from my sleep.

Zwembad in hoogseizoen gesloten bij een temperatuur van 28 graden. Komen vaak in het hotel en vaak gesloten. Hygiene in hotelkamer beneden pijl en ontbijt niet wat we gewend zijn. Komen circa 2 keer per jaar in dit hotel en echt mega slecht geworden. Excuses aangeboden door leiding bij ontbijtzaal maar receptie/directie kon niets voor ons betekenen. Hospitality is niet bekend bij de receptie, klant staat niet voorop! Hadden negatieve aspecten doorgegeven en hadden gehoopt op een reactie. Ook dat blijft uit!

We stayed at Una for a month while our house was getting ready for us to move in. We absolutely loved it! The staff are so nice and helpful! The food at the restaurant is amazing! It’s easy to park, it’s easy to access. We will definitely be recommending it to our family and friends when they come for a visit. Amazing place!

Freundlicher Empfang. Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze im Aussenbereich. Sauberes Zimmer, in meinem Fall nach hinten raus mit Blick auf den hinteren, grünen Bereich. Ruhig gelegen. Großer Fernseher (sehr viele Fernsehprogramme. einige deutsche Programme weit hinten in der Programmliste) Sehr gutes W-LAN. Abendessen bei Halbpension ok. Mineralwasser inkl.. Störend in der Nacht: Rauchmelder mit laufend rot blinkender LED direkt über dem Bett.

The property is located about 10 miles to Switzerland border, and nearly 30 miles from Malpensa Airport. It easy to maneuver if you don’t mind Verse’s rich roundabouts. The buildings were designed there will be no future cars. Arese Mall is also about 30 miles. Don’t leave Milan without visiting the mall.

Leider wurde unser kurzer Aufenthalt mit Baulärm getrübt. Der fing schon morgens früh an. Auch samstags wurde gearbeitet. Personal war top. Küche eher mittelmässig. Zimmer gut.

It was a bizarre hotel with lots of bad design features. The toilet is dangerous if someone open the door it cad badly hurt the person in the toilet.
