Great location that worth to spend more time to stay. Cannot link complimentary Wi-fi services as the server did not have my name in the guest list.

After 6pm, reception was closed. The late comer felt very bad and anxious. It was policy of many OAKS hotels. I suggest the management of of these hotels should be cancelled this policy. I never select these hotels again.

The staff were excellent, Carole in particular, and made me feel very welcome. I was almost sad to leave!

Room needs some upgrades. Damage to walls and not a lot of power points near the bedside tables. Toilet barely flushed and there was a smell of chlorine in the room

Location of the room was not ideal, but as with all accommodation you can't pick and choose. Hotels.com should be more accurate in describing the room location and not suggesting that the room picked will have water views.

Excellent place, very clean, very good underground parking. Close to shops.

Great Location walking distance to restaurants and cafes, and Marina nice view from the room, large bedroom, large lap pool, and cooking facilities in the one bedroom appartments

Excellent room nice and clean

Nice big apartment within easy walking distance of all Nelson Bay Has to offer. Bed room was stuffy and warm at night and the aircon was old and noisey. Other than that we had a nice stay and I would stay again. Staff (Carol) was very friendly and helpful.

Has laundry for guests

New and clean. Pretty close to the marina and restaurants.

The cleanliness was average but staff and air conditioning wise it was great! The location was beyond my expectations, it’s very near to everything.

**BEWARE*** The property never gave me instructions to get in to the room after several attempts. I had to get another room and I am attempting to get a refund.
