It is a great apartment hotel that have what you need. Gave me a good base for biking. Great setup with the shuttle service too. Made it super easy. Great walk on the trail next to the ocean that takes you down to the beach.

Very family-friendly hotel with great pool and near the beach. Staff all fantastic - helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful view out over the sea which was magic. Would definitely recommend for anyone that wants a relaxing break! Only negative was that the pool was cloudy - not sure why as it was regularly cleaned and maintained.

Great place

Very friendly, patient and helpful staff. The hotel is 8 minutes away from a lovely beach and we were so lucky to stay there. There is also a bar/pool at the hotel which we also enjoyed. Thank you for the lovely time we had at your hotel!

Great location a few minutes walk from the beautiful Cala Agulla. The first room we were given had a bad drain smell but we were immediately moved to another without fuss which was much better. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a sea view. Lovely spa facilities and great pool area. All staff very friendly and discreet allowing for a quiet break.

We had a spacious apartment with sea view. Everybody was really friendly and helpful.

The view was breathtaking! (We had booked a sea view room).

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel, my whole family (ages 17-75) loves it here! Fantastic location with sea views, staff is very friendly and do their best to accommodate wishes. The pool is awesome, split with a separate deep end. Good food for a good price. Spa has a nice indoor pool with cool water - great during the heat wave. The guests are also nice, mostly families just enjoying the quiet and relaxed vibe. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lovely clean room in good condition. Pool is average at best. Unattractive hand rail in the middle of the pool. Breakfast was good value and very well stocked. Lovely getting to eat outside before the sun makes it too hot.

Pleasant stay. Staff is very friendly. Room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Bed was good (foam mattress, medium). Shower was strong, quite good. Breakfast and dinner were good (dinner changed every day based on different themes), but nothing special. I found the hotel location quite good, not too busy and within walling distance to restaurants and bars. There was free parking available in the street nearby. Only cons: there was a slight smell of cigarette in the room (which I also noted in other hotels in Mallorca).

Incredible location with easy access to a great snorkeling and diving bay and the Agulla beach. The hotel has very inexpensive but great food. Great staff. Perfect vacation.

All was good thanks ,there was no area of concern regarding the property .generally in good and perfect location

Great location with beaches within easy reach and a scuba diving centre 2 minutes walk away. Food was excellent, tasty and lots of choice, variety of dishes changed every day. Staff were very helpful. Bit of a trek from the airport with young children (well over 2 hours on coach) but would still recommend.

Good location overlooking sea and mountains not having to rush for space by the pool

We had spent 3 days in Cala D'Or in an all inclusive hotel, in amazing weather then drove up to Cala Ratjada and the Guya Playa. It was stormy but that shouldnt have affected some of the negatives below. First the positives - great local area, great rooms, good food. The Negatives. - NO kids club on Saturday PM or Sunday and no entertainment in Sunday night (we were staying Sunday to Monday) - we have 2 kids that needed a kid club and there was no prior warning it wasnt on, the gym is 6 exercise bikes and some weights, the drinks are more expensive than local restaurants, the staff are efficient but there were no smiling faces. So, given we were a family with 2 kids under 10, the lack of communication prior to arriving about no kids club totally changed our stay. We love being with our kids but equally they love going to kids clubs and having things to do. I left the feeling hotel that our money had been more important than our satisfaction

Hotel was well placed a nice walk to the shops and restaurants. Although pool was busy there were always sunbeds available. The staff were always very helpful and the rooms clean. Would definitely return. Have no complaints

Great hotel overall. The location was perfect with great views and a 10 minute walk to marina. Room lovely, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was fab. My only negative was that the pool was a tad small for the amount of users, and as a result was too busy most of the time. Also staff allowed guests to 'keep' loungers all day by leaving a towel on a bed which I personally find selfish and rude. Because of this it is difficult to get a lounger. I would recomend this hotel overall... but it would be better if there were a rule against doing this.
