Receptionist are very rude, this location is very noisy, room is not same as sample,

This location is very noisy and dangerous, Not recommendedhotel, the receptionist is very rude and unhelpfull, really not recommendedhotel.

Reseptionya masa pas mau check-in. Jawabnya mukanya tetap di komputer sambil duduk. Tidak sedikit pun melengos ke kami.

lokasi hotel strategis, kamar nya luas tetapi kamar yg kami tempati kadang mengeluarkan aroma yg tidak sedap dari pemanas air di kamar mandi. Mereka juga tidak menyediakan air mineral sebagai complimentary bahkan tidak ada sandal utk digunakan didalam kamar.

It was okay, but at the first day we arrived the floor was dusty and the light the bathroom wasn’t working properly. Also when we taking shower the water were leaking outside to the washroom. And the Hotel doesn’t provide drinking water like any other hotel.
