酒店前台人员很热情、服务态度好，房间卫生也干净，但是酒店位置离艾丽海滩商业中心太远，周边没有任何配套资源供应，出门基本打不到车、需要提前约车，下车后步行到酒店房间还要上下坡或楼梯，从酒店到商业中心的步行时间接近半小时，地理位置不便利。

不在市区，出门就是一个游艇码头，周边很不方便，没有吃饭的地方，唯一的有点就是安静。基本没有人

Older unit, but furniture modern. Pillows were terrible. Roomy for 4 people.. kitchen had more then enough items for us. Ants in sugar, should stick with individual packaging. Air conditioning and fans worked well. Bathroom was big but there was an odour. Shower head should be replaced as water went everwhere but your body. Bedroom window wouldn't open . Overall it was ok for 2 nights. Staff at reception were very friendly.

Checking in after reception has closed was easier than expected. The view from our apartment was beautiful and the location was quiet yet walkable to town.

Nice quiet spot at Airlie beach but easy walking to restaurants and cafes nearby.

Unser Zimmer hatte Meerblick. Auch Blick auf die Marina. Das Hotel liegt nicht im Zentrum. Dafür benötigt man das Auto. 3 Minuten. Es gibt im Zentrum einen riesen Pool. Lagune. Direkt am Meer. Im Zimmer war alles vorhanden und sauber. Wir benutzten das Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Aktivitäten auf Hamilton Island. Wi-Fi, Stellplatz alles vorhanden. Ein Pool natürlich auch.

Clean facilities with plenty of room. Not too far a walk into town.

Paid for Seaview apartment and could only see trees as well as shower recess was very difficult to access as high bath wall to climb over and very slippery. Apartment quite spacious but overall was disappointed as advertised with marina view .

Schöne Wohnung mit Blick auf den Yachthafen. Etwas ringhörig aber sonst ruhige Lage und nette Leute.

We had a wonderful stay at Shingley Beach Resort. Great location, well appointed and spacious 1 bedroom apartment. The 2 pools and cafe on site were great. Our room had a beautiful view of the Marina and ocean. Easy walk to restaurants. Short drive to town centre. Would highly recommend.

We paid for marina views but it was well obstructed by palms. The internet was terrible, it was just constantly loading, the rooms price didn’t reflect the room unfortunately. Wouldn’t recommend to others sadly.

Good apartment amenities, convenient to the marina.

The room was generous in size, with a large living area and wardrobe. Laundry machine and dryer were in the bathroom. Reception was closed when we arrived at 1:30 PM on a Saturday. We never had contact with any staff whilst there. The coffee shop onsite was closed in the evenings, and had no connection with the resort. The bathroom was in need of cleaning- the grouting was dirty. The washing machine was good, but no powder provided.
