Breakfast is good, air conditioning lock at 22, all in all is fair, older style motel needs upgrade!

Great Location, Good breakfast and friendly and helpful staff

Breakfast was pretty good with good selection. Front desk staff arranged for a bag breakfast to go on one morning as we had an early excursion which was very nice. Air conditioning worked flawlessly. Shower was really small and a few holes were in the wall of the room. Locate on a fun street with lots of action. Coin laundry very close.

Siisti ja hiljainen huone. Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja aamiainen hyvä ja tarpeeksi monipuolinen. Hotellin sijainti oli loistava, muutama sata metriä rautatieasemalta ja ostoskadulla. Lähellä hyviä ruokapaikkoja ja tärkeimpiin nähtävyyksiin lyhyt kävelymatka. Vahva suositus.

Clean

The staff were very friendly, but the room was so small, if you had mobility issues, the bathroom could be a challenge as the tub was very deep had to be very careful getting in and out to take a shower. Everything was fairly close.

The hotel is old and rundown. There was no ventilation in the bathroom and the shower curtain wasn’t long enough so water splashed out onto the floor. However, the staff was helpful, and the hotel is relatively close to the train station.

Quarto espaçoso. Excelente localização, a rua do hotel é muito encantadora. Funcionários educados. A máquina de bebidas que fica na recepção não aceita cartão, somente dinheiro. Café da manhã razoável. Tivemos uma boa estadia. Recomendo.

Localização ótima, perto dos principais pontos turísticos.

Location is excellent; very close to the train station and the historic area. All around is restaurants and cafes; the Saturday night it was noisy in the evening if you want a very quiet place. The buffet breakfast was unexpectedly good! The front desk people were great and helpful, especially Franco was exceptionally friendly! We left the hotel with great memories! Great place to stay! PS: we arrived much earlier than the check in time; we were allowed to leave our luggage in a place and went to tour the town for a few hours.

Menu du petit déjeuner varié mais de qualité moyenne dans pièce à l'etroit. Chambre 1er étage propre, claire et spacieuse ,donne sur rue tres animée ( jusqu'à tard la nuit)ambiance assurée.

Good breakfast, even gave us breakfast to go because we need to check out early.

One star for location - very close to the train station, Il Duomo, the pedestrian district and many restaurants. One star for the staff - they were very friendly and helpful. One star for the shower - plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Half a star for the breakfast - nothing fancy but it was adequate; pastries, eggs, juice, bread, coffee. Half a star for the room size - nice and spacious. I can’t give any more stars - the bed was not comfortable, the pillows were horrible; lots of noise from guests in hallway and/or other rooms. Water pressure in sink was too strong and scalding hot, you had to be very careful. All in all it’s an ok choice; a little pricey but that’s Florence.

Una pequeña habitación muy cómoda y el hotel con una increíble ubicación, amamos Florencia todo está cerca de todo incluido este hotel :)
