Hi, I'm satisfied my stay and all your attitude. I can feel the staff very welcome us. I appreciate and highly recommended to stay. A male staff help me to register membership , I stays over 30 days Holiday inn in the pass few year in different country. No staff proactive help me register the membership. And the female staff asked me again when I check out. And she also asked me how to improve. Although the room is not perfect, and somethings need to improve. She really mark it down on the paper. Water pressure is not high enough. Shower Water is not warm enough. Door cannot lock automatically after you close the door. Lotion in washroom look like mixed with water. No matter it can improve or not. They try their best. The breakfast is good! Machine making pancake, fast, clean, fresh. And also my fast time to see cooked Quaker oatmeal. I like it. Much better than the instant one. Appreciated for all your effort. We are very happy to stay here and will come back again.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and breakfast was good.

Everything was nice

It was a pleasant stopover for us. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool.

Still waiting to check in. Been waiting at front desk for about 45 minutes_’- just a sign…. ‘Will return shortly’ 🙄 Not a good start!!

Every aspect of this establishment is next level superb!!! Cannot give it enough stars. Cleanliness, comfort, pool/hot tub, breakfast AND superb staff!!!!

Was ok. Everything you would expect from IHG. ONLY complaint air conditioning is preset to 69 deg. So room was stiffling humid and far too warm

Absolutely awesome staff

Check-in with Joseph was lovely. He made the process very easy with a smile that could brighten a room. He knew what he was doing and efficient! Our room was right by the elevator: fear was that it was going to be noisy. No! This older building is being maintained beautifully. New builds are noisy. This was not. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a very calm and enjoyable stay. I would recommend this spot nightly. Cheers!

Problems whit the toilet, the fridge and the bed not to constable so not a really good stays. I have send a mail a told me to deal it whit expedia to get compensation

Clean place very friendly people. good service and great breakfast would go back again

Plus: Staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and the staff keep it well stocked. Minus: The hotel is dated. The TV's cant run prime or netflix. The two elevators are unbelievably slow, expect to wait with a crowd. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff also have no choice but to use the ultra slow elevator's, which through no fault of there own, adds to the delay.
