Airport shuttle was called. Waited 15 minutes. Watched shuttle pass by without stopping. Room on tenth floor was nice. TV set worked but could not receive any channels of any type. Man came and worked on it about 30 minutes but was not able to fix situation.

Large rooms.

We had a great one night stay. Easily took an uber/lyft to the marina a short drive away. Extremely close to the cruise port & airport. Front desk staff were so nice & remembered us by name the next day checking out. Same goes for the valet attendants. The buffet breakfast was really good. The rooms were nice. The beds were so comfy I didn’t want to leave them. Would definitely stay here again.

Facilities a bit old.

The hotel is near the cruise port which served our needs. That is the only positive I can say. The negatives include: bathroom toilet didn’t flush well, hair dryer didn’t work properly, bathroom was small, air conditioning unit was loud, guest upstairs were noisy. Without going into anymore detail, I can say we will not stay here again. Make sure you are an IHG member if staying here otherwise, management will not compensate you for the inconveniences.

Clean and everything it claims to be, which is the biggest for me.

My family and I stayed here for a night as we had to get in the day before the cruise we were going on. Overall, the property is very nice and clean, seems very new and the staff was excellent. I would definitely stay here again if I was in Fort Lauderdale.

Experience was good but there wasn't any shower gel in the shower and when we called the front desk, they delivered lotion and not shower gel. Then soap bars were delivered and that was ok.

The property refuses to provide me with a refund when I booked it with the wrong date and I requested the refund right after I booked it.

The property was beautiful, clean and close to everything! The breakfast was wonderful for just two of us who really didnt want to go out and offered a good selection!

We stayed at property before our cruise then after. They had two elevators but one was out of service. When to need to depend on getting you and your bags down it was really time consuming and inconvenient. We were also told when booking that free shuttle would be available and it was not.

Hotel was nice. Restaurant waiting staff is terrible.

This property was so nice and the lady who checked us in was great. However the next day the elevater was down so we missed our shuttle bus because the front desk clerk, even after we ask her to, did not hold the bus. The elevator was the fault of the hotel. We had to get an Uber. There were no apologies on their part just attitude!!

The service in the front desk was bad. I asked how to book ground transportation for a cruise, they just told us that they don't do that and to find a way by myself. In the description it appears as a service. Its not a big deal, easy to do, but not the way or the answer I expected.

Airport shuttle is convenient. Friendly Staff and clean room

Excellent location. Short shuttle ride from the airport. Very good food in Kiki's Mexican restaurant!
