My family and I enjoyed our 3-night stay very much! The hotel was clean, accommodating, located in close proximity to several family friendly activities. Will book again when we’re in the area.

Chardonnay was working at the desk and she was phenomenal. She was very well spoken, pleasant, and approachable. It only took me less than five minutes to check in, and she explained all the amenities that was offered. This is my second time staying here and it is always a pleasure.

Clean, easy, affordable, and modern styling and amenities.

Very friendly staff

Housekeeping was almost nonexistent. I had to ask for clean towels the second day. They didn’t make the beds or wipe the countertops. Breakfast was good; pool and workout facility were nice.

Excellent service. Matina went out of her way to search for something we left behind after check out. The rooms were cleaned well after the first night. The pillows were hard and the water took a long time to get warm and never really got hot. We were very sad that the pool was not heated as it was the last time we were here.

Easy in easy out

The power went out in the hotel and it was ouch black which was terrifying!! The staff were friendly. The hotel was clean the elevator was working but very slowly.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all points. Room was clean and quiet, bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options.

The front desk staff was polite, and the onsite mini cafe area had coffee and tea available 24/7. However, we did have some negative experiences in this hotel. When we got off the elevator for our floor, the stench of marijuana was horrific. I reported this to the front desk, and someone came up a little while later to spray air freshener in the hallway. Considering that we were reminded at check-in that it was a smoke-free hotel, this was an interesting solution. The rooms were extremely tight on space. (We had double queen configuration.) The beds were comfortable, and the toiletries were pleasant (Dove brand). The rooms overall looked like you were in an old hotel that was rebranded. We also decided not to use the indoor pool since the water looked cloudy. I would not select this hotel again if I was in the area.
