Staff are extremely nice and helpful. The room is clean and tidy. There are lots of restaurant and shops near the hotel, very convenient for travellers. Recommend to everyone who is looking for hotel in jeju.

This is my 2nd time to stay in Jeju Sun Hotel within 5 months. They are still keep in good services especially in good communication skills in English. I really enjoyed to stay this hotel in reasonable price.

1. Provide good services and quick response for enquiry. 2. Provide free car packing is very convenient. 3. But the Casino is closed early, can’t play after sight seeing at night. 4. I will propose this hotel to my friends and be sure to stay again for my next visit to Jeju.

The property and food in restaurant very good. AC in room did not work. They brought a fan for us.

Everything is fine except the room just a little bit small

My granddaughter and I had a wonderful stay. Hotel was spotless and centrally located to shops and eating places and a 10 minute drive from the airport. The airport bus stops in front of the hotel. Staff was really helpful ordering a taxi for ourtrip to airport. Thank you.

A nice hotel in a good and convenient area and reasonably well priced. I don't however think it is worthy of 5 stars and the other hotel I stayed in Jeju nearby last year was probably better (but rated 4 stars). Either way it is a nice hotel and the facilities (no pool but a sauna) were good and well maintained.

The staff were incredibly attentive, professional and polite. My room was clean and roomy. The location was within close walking distance from restaurants, shopping, and Lotte Duty Free, where many day trip tour buses picked up for site seeing. Would stay there again.

This was one of my most luxurious stays! I wish I'd booked more than one night! I will definitely be back. The staf was great and the room was one of the finest I've slept in.
