酒店比較接近火車站，約5分鐘路程，需要過兩條橋，拖著行李有點吃力，但尚算可以。酒店距離主要景點則遠一點，例如聖馬可廣場要約25分鐘路程。客房較為精緻，而運河景觀則只能算一般。

交通方便、早餐不錯、職員熱情、招待周到。

Amazing customer service, and very friendly. A bit of a hike from most attractions but its centrally located. The concierge suggest us a great restaurant to eat dinner for our even booked the reservation for us.

Lovely hotel. Close proximity to the train station. I was not aware that we would be staying in the Annex, which is separate from the hotel so feels a bit disconnected. The staff was very helpful in carrying our bags up the stairs. Overall my stay here was enjoyable.

The reviews were spot on! The hotel is centrally located, a wonderful staff, comfortable room with a beautiful side view of the canal. And, the breakfast was delicious!

Other than thr air conditioning, the hotel was good. The shower area is small. The staff is excellent and the rooms are clean.

The room was delightful, very clean and suited our needs. The air con worked well and there were loads of toiletries in the room. Not the best view from the bathroom but not a problem. The staff were all wonderful and the hotel location was fantastic. We didn't try breakfast and pleased as it didn't look like our sort of style. The one and only let down was we came back to the hotel after going out for dinner on my wifes birthday and couldn't get a drink at 10.00pm as the bar staff had gone home and the chap on reception wouldn't/couldn't serve us which was a shame but not a travesty!

Beautiful, clean and Air conditioned with the heat in June it was great to get inside to cool down.

Great location and perfect to sit on dock at the end of the day with a glass of wine. The staff was wonderful, full of great advice and very accommodating. Can’t wait to go back again.

The property claimed to have good running a/c. When this was brought to their attention they claimed they could properly cool our room. It was during a heat wave and they never were able to properly cool the room. They then switched me to another room in the middle of the night and it was even warmer. I would not stay at this hotel.
