住宿干净，交通便利，如果再来日本，这里是个不错的选择。

交通便利，附近便利店很多。房间有点小，行李几乎放不下。早餐还可以，但种类不多。

The stay at Hakata was warm, clean, and felt safe. The rooms might be a bit small for accommodating several large suitcases, but the cleaning service was done daily. The staff were polite, and they helped arrange a taxi for our return trip. We didn’t have breakfast during this trip. It was a family trip with parents and a child, and the bed was somewhat narrow for three people to sleep together. However, the location was convenient, not too far from Hakata Station, making it a recommended option. Around the hotel, there were 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Lawson stores. Additionally, there was a 24-hour restaurant next to the hotel with very delicious food.

Small room but conveniently located near train stations, supermarket, BIC. They offer cleaning of the room every 3 days of stay. They also have complimentary donuts every 3 PM and coffee all day.

Bad customer service. Not responsive on problems.

Just bed a little hard. Breakfast was awesome and at a great price. Some dust in the room around the table but overall quite clean. Clean sheets and towels. Nice bathroom. Have laundromat and ice machine. Have iron and luggage weigher, plus microwave in the lobby. Free coffee and ice-cream making in the lobby. Lawson and Family Mart nearby. Overall a very good hotel.

The room is quite small, but I think it's general in Japan. The room is clean and the location is awesome (near Hakata station). The reception is also helpful.

Great location. Staff are so welcoming and kind. Value for Money. The room given to us is a little bigger from the normal room, which is great since we have 1 kid. They have free coffee (24/7) and icecream in the afternoon. 🥰.

Smelly room, warm and dry. No AC, just a blower. Dirty carpet.

good to stay here and very good with complementary coffee
