Nos dieron una habitación con el Aire acondicionado que no servía, luego nos cambiaron habitación

Truly a 5 star experience. I was blown away by how clean and modern the property was. The staff was very friendly and efficient and they provide FREE purified water, which is like handing out free gold in a lot of Mexico. Wish I had time to stay more nights, it was genuinely better than my twice-the-price resort in Cancún

Aire acondicionado apagado en áreas comunes, los vasos de cristal para tomar agua en la habitación sucios ( restos de labial en uno de ellos )

The hotel is a true business class: convenient, affordable; has all one may need to spend a couple nights. It is also kept very neat. The A/C takes very very long the keep the room cool. It could also use a desk (stayed at a double room); but I understand space in room does not allow

La estadía fue muy agradable y el personal siempre muy atento, el único detalle fue el aire acondicionado que no enfriaba bien la habitación y el rechinar de las puertas; aún así disfruté mucho.

Very clean and extremely well located. Walking distance to the bus terminal. The breakfast buffet was varied and quite tasty. I met at the bar/restaurant with friends to watch the soccer game and the drinks were surprisingly low priced. The best part of the room was the rain shower in the bathroom. Abundant water with plenty of hot water. One of the best I've experienced. Highly recommended.
