登记入住的时候与我网上订的房间不一样。我定的是king side 的房间 给我却是一个两张单人床。我想去前台换了，服务员说暂时不能换。然后就不了了之了。

Check-in was smooth & the front desk agent was very pleasant. Beds were your average hotel beds, decently comfortable. The water in the shower took forever to warm up & water pressure was so-so. When we got back after attending an event, the room key wouldn't work so we went to the front desk to get a new one. The agent asked for my name & room number (anybody could hear it & follow us to the room), but did not verify my identity by asking for my ID. This is very dangerous as I could have been anyone trying to gain access to the room. The pool was cold, and there were small children literally belly flopping into the hot tub. Checkout was as smooth as check-in, and that agent was pleasant as well. Overall, I expected a little more from a Holiday Inn. I likely will not return to this location.

Dirty worn down.. nice staff, but unit dated and needs refresh. Ptac filthy.

The shower had rust stains, dirt, and hair. The linen had stains and there fingerprints on the windows. Dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. I switched rooms, and the staff was nice to accommodate me, but the second room was also dirty.

This was disgustingly gross. We gad to change rooms due to smell of mutt odor. Then our second room was dirty with tape on the walls. Holiday Inn name brand disappointed us terribly. As a member, I deserved better.

I was comfortable after I cleaned room myself the only thing I was good with was the stale corn chip smell in the room no matter how much I sprayed Lysol and BBW room spray

Nice bedding, tv. Pool area dirty, no towels, mildew buildup in the hot tub. Restaurant permanently closed, no shuttle service, the van was rusted out and had an expired license plate. Front desk personnel not at all cordial. Nothing near the hotel to do, restaurants > 1.5 miles away.

As soon as you walked in the hotel it smelled not good.Person at the front desk talking on phone with a personal call and very unprofessional. Bathrooms were small and not updated. The amount we paid for the hotel breakfast should have been included and not have to pay extra for breakfast. Will not stay here again.

Bar/Restaurant was closed for some unknown reason. Got two rooms for the weekend, and with next to no one in hotel, put us on the 2nd and 5th floor ??

Had a great stay in Milwaukee, the hotel is in a good location not far from downtown and lots to do around Glendale. Many restaurant options and a few sights to see.. plenty of bus stops nearby.

Location

The property wasn’t what it said it was. The cleanliness of the room was less than ideal and the restaurant and lounge listed is permanently closed. There was bugs in the bathroom as well.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom was small but adequate. The air conditioner worked fine but didnt aesthetically look good.

The staff at the hotel was superb. The room was comfortable, although they might want to check about getting a new bed. One day my room did not get cleaned, but towels were brought up to me. The breakfast is a mess!!!! I didn't go down this morning because I just couldn't face the tables not being cleaned off or cleaned. The floor being dirty. Hot water wasn't hot and tasted like coffee. Just a horrible experience.

Was great place to stay, comfortable and close to downtown with free onsite parking. Couldnt have asked for anything more for our quick one night stay. Will be back for future events that require us to be in town.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel over a weekend for a Brewers game. It was close to the stadium about a 10-minute ride. There's a nice outdoor beer garden within walking distance. The only thing I was disappointed with was I was hoping to use the hot tub and it was quite murky so we passed.

Front desk member was excellent and my room(s) were great as well. Also, I like that the hotel is located near the river. I had an awesome view of it.

I’ve stayed at this property on more than one occasion since 2018. You can tell that the property care and cleanliness is decreasing. Cigarette butts all over in front of the property. As stated by one of the employees we only make coffee in the morning once it’s gone we’re done for the day which is unlike most Holiday Inn properties. They no longer have lunch or dinner served as an option which is a decline. I like Hoilday Inn properties but I think I will choose somewhere else’s to stay when I visit Milwaukee next time.
