Friendly staff, clean room. Close to main centre and train station.

Probably the best place to stay in Ipswich. Really nice people and the view from our room was great.

Coal trains across the road every hour all night. I noticed others mentioned but ignored the warning. Staff very good and room very clean

Property was clean, spacious, modern and close to town. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

For the price changed per room, given its situated behind the train station, its not value for money. Towels are not replaced, no pool towels so you need to take a trip to reception to get fresh towels each time

Should advise that East St is on other side of railway as well. Reception very helpful to me. Steakhouse was good. Did not realise that we were going to hear trains all night, all good though as we are not precious and enjoyed watching the coal trains while we were sitting on balcony but prefer not to hear during the night.

Balcony chairs falling apart two of the seat cushioning broken, dining room table leg just standing with a leg about to fall. Pool area and pool tiles broken and dirty ground in pool. Over priced.

I have stayed at this property. Numerous timesThe property is near the river and it’s nice to walk run along the path along the river easy access to shops. Staff were very approachable and easy to deal with. Would stay there again

The room was spacious and had all the advertised features. Not having air conditioning in all the bedrooms was a little annoying in the middle of summer.

The Lady at Reception was really welcoming made me feel good about staying there with my family.Will definitely be coming back every year.

Staff lovely and helpful. Somewhat noisy but great rooms. TV was terrible, good for 1950, but not 2024. Would give 5 stars otherwise.

Property suited us and had everything that we needed

Very clean, secure parking & a very friendly receptionist. Had to go off premises & downstairs to smoke on the street, which isn’t ideal for a single female, yet other worse behaviours were expected to be tolerated by myself eg screaming kids & cursing mother & constant noise with doors slamming next door at all hours, yet despite having the quiet balcony, I had to put up with the cursing & screaming next door, yet not allowed to smoke on a balcony when all other windows were closed. Also no noise after a certain time, but screaming kids & cursing mothers, and doors slammed is acceptable behaviours compared to a responsible female smoker Having their safety at risk by being outside on the street after dark

Reception staff were amazing. The room on entering smelt a little 'fishy' and I think it may have been from the air-conditioning unit.
