As per every visit The staff were once again my reason to return

Perfect!! Had everything we needed for a budget stay.

Room was clean, staff friendly. Very convenient location

We stayed at the hotel for one night and it was the worst night ever. We stayed in the family room me, my son and our dog which nearly died, she couldn't brief there (french bulldog). It was very hot outside and we couldn't open our window because it was broken. It was boiling hot there. We had two fans run whole the time but without fresh air it was really hard to stayed there. We asked to change the room but theymafe so fuss about and apparently were fully booked. Avoid staying through the summer

Ideal location for stop over to pick up leger bus tour and save myself 8hrs on a bus!

Was given a room that had a smoky smell at first. After pointing out to the receptionist she found another room to relocate. The VAT receipt (£35.50) did not cover the fee i paid to Hotel.com (£41.99) which was a bit odd.

Great size room and bathroom. Only issues were one pillowcase was dirty, marks on the carpet and one key didn't work. Didn't spoil my time there though.

Very handy for the A1. Lots of parking as at the services. Room basic but clean and everything needed. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

Booked 3rd bed had brown stain on mattress cover . Booked breakfast but discovered only one voucher for myself and two children. Minimal information given as to how to use voucher .

Very dirty. Stains all over the walls and hair in the bed. Would not ever stay here again.

OK for a stop over ,a glass to have a drink of water would be nice
