環境很舒適，員工很親切

服務周到，離五重塔很近。

很好的住宿環境及地點，從住宿的地方，用走路的都可以到達，在奈良全部用走路的，温泉室內及室外風呂，都整理的很乾淨。

The area around make me feel very peaceful!!

位置非常赞，奈良中心位置。往北上坡便是兴福寺，往西步行200就是近铁商业街，往东5分钟便是春日大社入口。奈良本身也不大，酒店不管去哪里都非常方便。 酒店房间不多，我数了一下，大概也就30多间，一共4层，有电梯。我们住在4楼，正好室内汤和露天汤都在4楼，两步就到，每天早晚泡一泡，没有人，包场的感觉，真是太舒服了。特别是室外汤，正对兴福寺五重塔，大清早对着世界文化遗产泡汤那种感觉，无法描述。

It was my first time staying at a hot spring hotel in Japan, and the experience was great! Nothing to complain from the location to service to meals to the room. I truly recommand it.

酒店人員有善。早上退房可以把車放在酒店，行完奈良公園後才早水回。取回車時酒店水職員拿回我們忘了帶的東西才知道原來忘了帶東西。

服務非常好，客房又大又乾淨，我們選擇一泊二食的方案，晚餐及早餐的菜色都很豐富，非常滿足！大眾溫泉池水質很乾淨，環境很好，不過只開放到半夜12點半，我還真的遇到12點半我還在池子裡但溫泉水流很準時的就停了。

This is the 1st time I wrote comment on the hotel after the trip. Asukasou is worth for me to spend time to write something. Hotel itself is not new, some areas may be a bit disrepair. But the services of staff could offset the weakness. Staff in Asukasou is very attentive and you can feel they serve the guests from heart. You must try the Japanese dinner served in room. Though it's not very comfort to sit on the floor to take the dinner in particular for the elderly, but the food quality and variety was really excellent. Also it's a relax to have dinner in room with your beloved families. Private bath is also another good try. Not high expectation when i booked. But when we accessed the private bath room, you will find it's worth to pay additional JPY3000 to have it. The environment, facilities and atmosphere are all in high quality. Bath itself is very good. I brought my daughter with me and she loved such experience very much! Will stay again in Asukasou when i visit Nara.....one more thing Nara is very nice and i don't think day trip is sufficient to find out her uniqueness.

職員親切的招呼讓我們喜出望外。 晚餐與早餐很有水準。 整個環境散發着傳統的氛圍。 位置理想，與車站的距離不錯。（JR站：約25分鐘、近鉄站：15分鐘）

Great location and friendly/helpful staff!

日式旅館有一種新鮮既感覺，酒店內可以感受周邊景觀，設施有3個溫泉其中一個是要加錢的私人溫泉大約加3千幾日元，另外兩個是免費的一個露天一個室內。特別一讚是酒店的早餐……十分驚喜同好食！如果去餵鹿仔是非常近的。

地理位置很棒，酒店的设施也不错，露天温泉缓解一天的疲劳，还能看见兴福寺的塔，非常舒服的一晚日式酒店体验，下次来奈良还会继续入住

This is the best hotel ever! A wonderful experience for Japanese style hotel, also the outdoor hot spring is awesome. We all enjoy it so much.

露天的溫泉可以直接仰望滿天星星的夜空！很舒服！不敢泡大眾池的可以選擇付費的單間湯屋。 距離奈良公園很近走路慢慢走10分鐘就到了！ 旅館的人員都很客氣及友善！下次會想帶家人再去一次！

Good service with relax accommendation

酒店最令人感到驚喜的地方是它的服務, 員工非常有禮貌. 另外, 入住時會送甜品到房間, 晚飯時會到房間打掃及鋪床. 房內設施極之舒適, 是到奈良的首選.

超值性价比，奈良不二之选！车站出来穿过商业街，绕个小湖就到了。早餐和露天风吕必须有！不要太爽！

地方很大很舒適,非常方便去旅遊景點,客戶服務也非常好,日式早餐及晚餐非常不錯……☺
