The hotel staff were lovely and we were able to enjoy our stay in the resort. The only negative thing I could say is that the maintenance of the pool and some facilities was not great and areas around it were eroding.

There was a long queue at the check in counter. Then, we had to wait for 30 minutes for our pool villa to be ready. So, we were only able to get settled in by 5 pm instead of 3 pm. However, we were granted a late check out the next day to make up for the delay. The hotel had a 101% occupancy that day, so we were happy with the privacy the pool villa gave us. The pool was clean and heated. We ordered in-room dining and the food was very good, the serving was generous. We also tried their other restaurants and we were not disappointed. The hotel's waterpark was fun. Overall, our stay was great despite the delay in getting our villa.

Best vacation ever, the place was beautiful, clean and the pool, pool activities and beach were not crowded despite the huge number of guests in the resort (or the resort was simply huge) that having fun under the sun was easy. The staff were courteous and friendly. I would come back on my next visit to Cebu.
