The room is clean and the mattress is just the right hardness. I am very satisfied! There is also a supermarket next to it, which is super convenient!

Our door key did not work when we checked in. The staff jumped right on it; changed the battery and that didn't work; called repair guy; he trouble shot the door. He had to replace the lock. We asked for another room. They said the hotel was full. One hour and a half later, we got a key that worked to our room. This is unacceptable! Even if the hotel is full, put us in a room for someone who has not checked in. I went to use the pool while my husband sat in the room. I couldn't get into the pool and the front desk was so busy I had to call and wait on hold for 15 mins to explain that I needed a key for the pool. This made us late for dinner and we lost our reservation. This was not the relaxing evening we had planned. Customer service means that you find us another room while you fix the problem. It was clear from the staff's reaction that this is NOT and unusual problem. This place needs upgrading. The door lock is VERY old. The owner needs to address the maintenance. I will be noting this information in a more public recommendation. Don't stay here until it gets upgraded.

Very nice place to stay

Check in was very slow. Staff could be heard in back talking. Had to wait several minutes for someone to come to the desk.

Was towing a trailer so hsd to park in lot next door

Lady at the front desk was lightning fast and very helpful.

Clean room, staff was excellent. However we asked for a room on ground floor, got room on 3rd floor and as far away from elevator as possible!

Breakfast area in need of remodel. Food was just so, so. Much better at Hampton Inn's

They put us over in the overflow building. It’s more for an extended stay no elevator to second floor bed was very uncomfortable noisy and no shower pressure bath towels were on the bottom of a cabinet close to floor across the room from shower not accessible at all no Kleenex just a holder. Have stay here many times but in the main building. If I ever stay here again it will be in main I won’t ever stay in overflow

Hot tub was great

The room temperature was wonderful. They’re just needed to be some exterior lights on the building. I stayed in repaired at the entrances to the building.

Property seemed worn. Wallpaper was peeling off thre wall. Thermostat kept resetting to a higher temp.

I did a pre-check prior to arrival in that I submitted a copy of my drivers license and also submitted my credit card info in order to pay for my pet fees yet when I arrived I still needed to show my license and credit card and fill out a pet form. What was the purpose of doing a pre-check in? After my pre-check in, it stated that all I needed to do was pick up my room keys.

Parking was easy and super quick check in which I appreciated since we arrived at 11:00 pm.

I was unable to make it to Ely, I called the property and they were very kind and said I had called early enough to cancel and not be charged however they couldn’t help because Expedia booked it. I tried several times to call but just got a robot not a person. I’ll never book through Expedia again

Check-In went smooth. Place is nice & clean. Safe location. Welcoming appearance. AC works great & rooms are spacious.

I like that the hotel is close to the gas station and food. The hotel is also spotless and has excellent service.
