The casino and the multiple restaurants in the service. Did not get a chance to try the spa but next time I will.

I enjoy the hotel and the proximity to shopping, dining and the beach! The room could have been cleaner, for example the areas around the toilet and baseboards could have been wiped down. I will definitely return! The bed was super comfy also!

The property was clean but somewhat dated. We arrived late and there was only one deli restaurant open. There weren’t many people there. We were comfortable and the staff was friendly, but it was just okay. (We are not hard-core gamblers though, so maybe others would enjoy it more.)

Quiet and clean

Room smelled horrible, sink was stopped up, went down so slow, shower water barely came out, then there was food in the chair all in drawer , we was in such a rush to get ready for the wedding we didn’t have time to call it in & report, we didn’t get back to room until almost 4am

My husband and I stayed for a night this past weekend and the staff were all terrible about greeting you, offering assistance or anything for that matter. The room was clean but stocked with the very bare minimum. In the casino, a machine froze up on me with $6 voucher in it. I walked all over the place and never did find a slot attendant, any staff, not even a cocktail waitress! I was pissed and the drinks at the bar where overpriced and bartender was very unfriendly. We won’t be staying anymore

Slots were old and payouts were terrible. Our money went in and barely got returns. So the play time was short and unenjoyable. I would recommend going to Hard Rock or Four Winds that have newer slots and amenities.

We were able to check in online. The only downside to this Casino is there are only 2 places to eat at. Both$$

Nice location for visiting the Indiana Dunes. Room was ok. AC until was very loud as were neighboring rooms. Nice options for dining on property.

Had to call housekeeping twice because of ridiculous pillows that must have been put in washer. Pillow didn't lay flat. Carried it to front desk to show them. Blue tower should be taken down or guests should be warned they are in a 50 year old building. Will never be back and I'm sure opinion would have been different in new tower

The hotel was nice but the tv didn't work the whole time we were there. And there was only one restaurant open the days we were there and it wasn't very good

All was good besides not having a tv to.watch .Apparently they were having issues with them..

Only issue doors close and lots of noise when closing, and Wakes you up.

Casino is a smoking Casino and it smells like it when you walk in the front door. Room was clean ,spacious and smoke free. Unfortunately smoking in dining areas and elsewhere ruined the whole experience. Would not recommend to anyone.

After checking in the property could be confusing. The desk attendant didn’t tell us where to go so got lost and went to the wrong tower. Room needs to be updated. Holes in the box spring, fridge didn’t work, and the shower head was broken ( choices were jet or multi jet). Room looked dusty and the toilet was stained. Would stay here again but would have to pay upgrade to stay in newer tower.
