伦敦拱门酒店属于世界小型奢侈酒店，房间数不多。位于海德公园演讲角附近，离红线marble arch站步行5分钟左右，周围是居民区比较安静，不远处有TESCO超市。离帕丁顿站打车不到十分钟，6人座uber9英镑。服务人员都比较热情，含的早餐有免费点单热食。不过，从地铁站走到酒店的路上要小心，遇到过一次小偷，幸好及时发现。

房間不大，地板不平。其他都很好

My husband and I had a comfortable stay in The Arch London Hotel, and the service was warm and nice. The nearest underground station is Marble Arch, which is one station away from "Green Park station", and it's convient to go to Buckingham Palace. It's also the neighborhood of Hyde park and Harrods department stores. I would like to visit again when next time to London.

Small room. Not very bougie for the price. Noisy a/c. Cluttered lobby. Fat pillows. Insipid decor.

Após um inicio um pouco confuso, a nossa estadia foi excelente e se esforçaram para suprir nossas expectativas. Agradecemos especialmente a Alexandra, que nos proporcionou uma ótima estadia. This luxury hotel was so welcoming and warm. There is a sense of serenity and calmness to it. The room has a beautiful tranquil decor plus such comfortable bed and pillows making the stay one of the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed. The gym is also exquisite. Absolutely loved it. Dining wise, the omakase meal prepared by chef Kazuyo was divine. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience! Service through was fantastic. Would be coming back again for sure!

Excelente opção de hospedagem em Londres. Instalações perfeitas, atendimento impecável e com muito carinho de todo o staff, com destaques especiais para os concierges Adrian e Jordan, sempre muito atenciosos, mujto bem localizado em um bairro sossegado e menos turistico, mas facilmente acessível ao metrô, bons restaurantes na redondeza...enfim, nao poderíamos ter escolhido um melhor hotel para nossa primeira estada em Londres. sentiremos saudades e voltaremos um dia com toda a certeza!

The hotel was very clean, breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and staff was very attentive. The plugs worked for North American appliances and there was a mini fridge and lots of free bottled water.
